Former Blackburn Rovers manager Kenny Dalglish highlights an example of the mind games employed by Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, as the two teams battled it out for the Premier League title in 1995.

Dalgleish the only player/manager to win the league , and also the only manager to win the league with 2 different clubs!
Brian Clough won with two different clubs?
Brilliant, Sir Kenny has zero fucks to give.
Sir Kenny Dalglish - man, legend, Liverpool great.
My favorite manager of all time.
This is the difference between keegan and dalglish...keegan took fergies bait, dalglish brushed it off
Dalglish has known Fergie for DECADES, even before Fergie was a manager. Knew him in a personal capacity
Dalgish usually made a joke of Fergie's mind games. One example, was when Fergie's was complaining on TV about Man Utd not getting any decisions at Anfield - Kenny was holding Kelly as a child as he heard this in passing and told the TV interviewer to talk to his child Kelly as she spoke more sense than Fergie lol
@@dannyvine3605 Ferguson wasn't playing mind games with that one Danny. He was under severe pressure with United and Kenny knew it.
Rafa too any other manager we would have won the league with that squad
i dont think so@@VR46314
Kennys as sharp as a razor lol...
Kelly Dalglish is gorgeous!
his daughter is pretty cute too
Im proud to say im Liverpool fan and Kenny is like my fathers twin brother :D
There m8s have been since they were much younger they respect each other
Welcome to the Rab C Nesbitt show
kenny call him fergie allway hahhha
The king!!!!!!!!
I wish I could understand him :( but boy what a player her was ...
The man's a huge wan fer certo. NAWWWWW!!!
You must have had the full lobotomy.
Her???!!!
She definitely was!!
Kenny and Alex were friends from when Fergie owned a pub, I believe.
Kenny's Father n Law ,supplied the booze to the pub.
It was even earlier when they lived in the same area and AF was playing for Rangers, the club Kenny supported at the time although he did sign for Celtic later. They got to know each other even though AF was about 10 years older. According to KG there was never any animosity between them, it was only media talk.
He always calls him Fergie as Mark of disrespect
I have noticed that, but I could imagine Fergie just calling him Dalglish instead of Kenny!
He’s know him far before he was even a manager.
They go waaaay back.
They've known each other since their playing days
They were pals.
So where is Devon Loch then?
You go to Devon then have a good loch (In a Scouser accent) looch about an yall find it. Holy Grail.....Hail Hail
UNCLES JACKS 💙🤍 ARMY!!!!!
There’s me beating my satnav in because it couldn’t find Devon loch for me? Now I know it’s a poxey racehorse! Ffs 😂
Great player though
Fergie couldn't fool King Kenny with the mind games, Kinny was well switched on back then and had Kenny stayed with Blackburn or Liverpool no way would of Fergie won as many titles as he did
Hahahahahahahha
@@THAIRISH_92 hahahahahahahahaha at your hahahahaha

what are u on about you nut
Love shearers leather jacket!! Cool as fuck
But in the long run Kenny could not keep u with fergie that's why he resigned from Lfc Kenny could not handle the pressure of keeping Lfc on top.
As players Kenny > Fergie. As managers, Fergie>Kenny.
They go way back though, they're old friends
I think the Hillsborough tradady took it's toll on him. The support he gave to the victims families was incredible but not sure if he got the support he needed. Just my opinion but he looked drained when he held that press conference to resign. Came back into management looking like a new man at my beloved Rovers. What a player he was but I don't know him personally but he seems a really decent human being.
@@chrisseed4643 I understand but 6 months later he was at Blackburn. He was offered time off by noel White.
I think Hillsbourough hit him hard but he could definitely handle Ferguson that's why he won the league with Blackburn
@@michaelkavanagh932 I'm a fan of Kenny as a player but as a manager he was found lacking on many fronts. At Blackburn he got lucky a chairman who said money is not a problem just get me the league title. In the case of Hillsborough a big sad tragedy but sir Busby bounced back after Munich and rebuilt the team but Kenny chose to resign and 6 months later join Blackburn. The pressure of rebuilding the team for the 90s was too much for him and he chose the easy way out. At Lfc we want success every year
