Excelente! Buenisimo! Este es el mejor video que he visto sobre Suizen. Ud. ha transmitido la esencia y lo ha hecho de manera concisa y en varias formas : con las palabras, con las notas, con el respeto por los sonidos, con el silencio, con el movimiento consciente, con su presencia misma ... y Ud. lo ha hecho de una forma sencilla con una explicación fácil de entender ... utilizando palabras simples que expresan algo muy profundo. Es retante... pero siento que es verdad... que la vida no tiene propósito sino estar completamente en este momento presente. Y suizen puede ser una meditación que permite que el shakuhachi, el sonido, y uno mismo llegan a ser uno aquí ahora. Me quedo asombrado... y feliz a la vez... que Ud. nos haya regalado este video. Muchísimas gracias!

Thank you so much for this, it is a great gift 🙏 I have been finding my way blindly to use my flute (a different type but I think it doesn’t matter) as part of my spiritual practice and you have given me the words, concepts and, importantly, your example which resonate with what I am fumbling towards. I am so happy to be able to have this clarification. Lately I have been noticing that I hear inwardly the notes before my breath and fingers play them.
