Thank you so much for this, it is a great gift 🙏 I have been finding my way blindly to use my flute (a different type but I think it doesn’t matter) as part of my spiritual practice and you have given me the words, concepts and, importantly, your example which resonate with what I am fumbling towards. I am so happy to be able to have this clarification. Lately I have been noticing that I hear inwardly the notes before my breath and fingers play them. I can trust and let go, allow the music to play me and not judge what comes. Many blessings to you!
