Solar Plexus Chakra is situated in between our navel and ribcage. This Chakra is the primary center from where the life energy radiates throughout the body. It governs our will power, our self esteem and our energy levels. When this chakra is not open or balanced, we feel low level of energy and we might feel life less. You can easily know a person has a balanced solar plexus chakra when he or she is full of life and as if life radiates out from them. So its very important for everyone to keep this balanced, so that we feel full of energy and life. Its also sometimes referred to as the 'core' of our being. Meditating is very powerful tool to awaken and balance this chakra.
The primary element of Solar Plexus Chakra is Fire. And Color associated with this chakra is Yellow. So in this video, we have tried to harness the sound, power and energy of fire along with music which has its root as the base frequency of the Solar Plexus Chakra i.e 182Hz. All these elements of Vibrational Energy + Color + Fire together make a very powerful tool to activate this Solar Plexus Chakra. also known as Manipura in Sanskrit.
To make this meditation extremely powerful, you can recite the mool mantra "Ram", which is associated with this Chakra.
Meditating daily for just 15-20 mins on this chakra, can miraculous in balancing and healing this chakra.

Wow is all I can say. I had quite the events of visions during this. But at some point midway, all the sudden I felt like I snapped back into my body and my arms and legs were tingling. And a sharp pain that was intense in my right kidney but went away after a while.

well i think it is really powrful in 2020 i was controling the that last timeit was ike 2018 and in one part of the video a control the fire i'm commenting this while i'm hearing it and again in one part i did a movement and it was doing the movement i was doing with the fire.

But keep in mind that fire destroys everything it touches and if you do not possess control over your solar plexus, this will go wrong very fast
