It is amazing, strong body, strong mind, take the energy that you need from you, not from any fucking drugs or drinks, everything is inside you, just you have to active it and to keep it.
I just saw the word ego death in my minds eye and I researched what chakra governs the ego and so that’s how I got here 😊😊 I must do away with some of this ego 🙄
I love this series, so effective. Could remove some old emotions, especially of existential fear, from my chakra. Feel more at ease and more present in my physical body. I will continue this work.

Wow I cant belive this removed my emotions in my stomach .I was listenin saying the word and feeling it inside me with eyes closed and in the moment I felt something weird swipe up and emotions in my stomach gone and when I open my eyes I felt totally different in my body in my brain.now I do belive these chakras I am 100% sure that that is power inside us that we are blind to see it.I want to thank creator of this mantra very much for this gift.and I want to ask you how could you make these chakras more stronger and resistence in our body? so we dont lose it??

When you feel ready, go to the solar plexus, with caution. Don't forget to go back to earth again and AGAIN. If the roots aren't strong, nothing can live. And.. Listen also to the heart, for a little while every day, for the solar plexus needs it to find reason..

Yes. Solar plexus or Manipura is related to the upper part of the navel. It is our self power furnace.. confidence, how we see our self, power to stand up, power to doing things .it contains the energy of action. Our gut feelings sit here. Problem in navel could be suppressed and unresolved emotions..esp related to self esteem..Keep doing Yoga esp core asanas..and pranyam kapalbhati, bhastrika, anu vilom also help very much. You can also focus on your root (muldhara) chakra. God bless...
