Manipura “city of the jewel” is the chakra located in the solar plexus, between the diaphragm and the navel. Its element is fire, therefore light, energy and heat. Its color is yellow. It is the seat of determination, willpower, personal power and self-confidence. It represents individuality and self-perception. It is connected to the digestive system and digestion. When the solar plexus chakra is closed or blocked we can be insecure, introverted, have low self-esteem, or feel inadequate in all situations. Namaste

This is just beautiful and probably my favorite of all. I went to have a relaxing bath downstairs after a meditation and left the music on upstairs. It took me a while but I noticed the sounds penetrating through the wood of the house making it "sing" to me.
I am so excited as I listened to this fresh from same day surgery for persistent bladder cancer. My other treatments are working albeit too slow for me.
