Since a while there is a strange noise from the gearbox. I changed already the bearings but the noise is still there.
Also i tried a different clutch but that didn't help either.
The last option is to check the gearbox. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Maybe the noise is coming from the splines between the Dirveshaft and wheelhub, i think thats why you dont find any faults on the gearbox. I just bought jetforce with the same problem.

looks ok to me ? normal slight wear considering the central idler gear on these doesnt even run on a bearing.
i have bad grumble noise on mine but im pretty sure the bearings have worn or water/rust contaminated.
where did you get your new bearings from and what size/code were they out of interest ?
Hello Martin, Thanks for your comment. I think you are right that this is normal wear, with new gears it make the same noise. Maybe the noise is normal with these scooters i'm not sure.
I bought the new bearings at the local scootershop , i used SKF bearings , but the numbers i can't remember for sure, i think it was 6001, 6002, 6003 and a new wheelbearing.

My speedfight has the same problem but im just curious did it affect speed because mine is going only 20kmh

Some SF2 have this sound, I wouldn't do anything about it. If it really starts to rattle, take it apart and see if you see any serious wear
Is there oil in gears and if there are how do you add it once you have opened it
buu bee , hello, Yes There is oil in it. That’s special gear oil .
I add it with a injection needle.
But you can also use the tube Where the oil is in when you buy it.

A lot SP 2 don't have a drain plug. I made the drain plug myself.
How did u manage to do the drain plug? Can u make a video about it?
Hi Alan, i can't make a video about it because i sold the SF2. But there is a few centimeters under the fill plug a flat spot on the outside of the gearbox. On that spot I made a drain plug with the same threat as the fill plug. But first you have to take the gearbox apart . First take the clutch of and then losen slowly the bolts of the gear housing. The oil will come out and you can take the gears out. Now you can see exactly the place you have to drill.

@@alenshkalla2868 i am a year late so sorry but what i do is i just buy new seal kit 5-8€ and just remove the gear box like in this video and all the oil 2-3dl will come out
Mi speedfight makes a lot of noise from the exhaust what can i do?
Change the exhaust ?? that is difficult to say from a distance. Maybe the exhaust is loose somewhere, or something else in or around the exhaust is lose or broken.

Hello, there are 3 ways to do that. 1: drain oil via drain plug. 2: if you do not have a drain plug, place your scooter vertically against the wall with 2 people and unscrew the fill plug. 3: remove the coupling and slowly loosen the bolts from the gearbox. Good luck
