Peugeot 50cc 2 stroke scooter no drive what's the problem Part 1

looking over my scooter that's has lost drive and fitting new variator.

If the transmission system is ok maybe u should check air filter ,carb spark plug, Pickup coil , ignition coil ,cdi , stator" in case its ac cdi" , exhaust , engine gaskets , or air leaks , in last case could be bad piston or cylinder good luck

thank you very much, im from argentina but living in italy and i bought a peugeot buxy 50cc which doesnt start well , it finds difficolt to start running but when it does goes very well, so its not the motor. its the fckng clutch

Sounds like a carb issue to me
