That Renault deserves some love.
So you have Mr Chop for steel and Mr Chomp for fire wood
I fully approve of the "One tractor pr. implement" policy you seem to have got going there 🙂
These machines are brutal!
You should see the toilet
Looks like old Willy has found another purpose in Life. Wish my old man could have had one of those machines when I was cutting wood 50 years ago. Good to see you posting videos again. 👍
Hey Donn, great to see the new machine. Works like a champ and to have The Momma and Little-man out there cheering you on is always good to see too. Thanks for sharing with us. Stay safe and keep up the great videos and fun around there. Fred.
Wow, we all just watched a 15 minute video of you processing wood with no talking, very little music or camera view changes. Does that speak more to how awesome you are or how easily we are entertained/distracted?
To how good he is mostly due to the fact that he built most of the equipment he had, just me talking
@@whatahowl1
He didn't build or design this processor or tractor that powered it. Nearly all of his content is of him building, designing, or repairing something whereas this one was simply him processing wood. That's it. My original comment is more rhetorical than an actual question. We, as a population, have become so lazy in many aspects of our lives that we're now contently amused and engrossed with watching someone work. Decide for yourself.
@jamesa7506 I thought h did build the wood processor. It looks like his work.

You are mistaken if you believe that I was critiquing Don's video, I most certainly was not, but more my commentary on the shallow and short span of attention of the viewers as of late in a general sense. The edifying value of a large amount of "trending" videos is negligible at best but mainly a time waster, white noise, purely a distraction from reality and in effect a neglect of one's life. (Sincerely no sarcasm given.) 👍🙂
@@whatahowl1
If he did, in that respect I am mistaken and surely do not mean to take away from his abilities. This video, in particular, did not showcase its build but merely Don cutting wood and us watching him do it and why it drew so much attention. His channel is one of my favorites to watch mainly because he's quite intelligent and resourceful, admirable traits to have in my opinion.
Donny ... Yet another great video. This machine will certainly be affecting the log splitter industry.
Some wicked pencil sharpener you've got there.
😂👍
Nothing gets wasted, I love it! Great video!
So this is the 4 firewood cutting machine video you have posted over the years I've been subscribed.
It's good that the family comes out and sees how hard your working because everything is for them.
you're
They had to supervise . 😉
That's an incredible amount of firewood
Thanks for sharing your videos.
Sweet little setup. Great way to utilize limbwood.
Wow, that's the Best processor for that size limbs I've seen .
Thanks Donn👍🏻🙌
That's a hellva lot of wood! Good job 🎉
That presplitting 'hook' is the ticket. 👍
That machine is quite a beast!
Nicely done video of a wood eating beast!
That is a quick and easy way to get the fire wood done quickly
This machine is originally a Finnish invention by Tuikola Oy. Namely Klapi-Tuiko.☝️🧐
Wie schön, die Störche sind auch bei dir angekommen!😊
You firewood storage and seasoning system is the BEST!! So Tidy!! And Great Air Circulation. 😃🪚🪓🌬🪵🌬🔥👍
Really efficient machine... only thing to perhaps change is add a short slide just underneath the intake so that you won't have to lift the branch every time. But perhaps that was left out on purpose for safety reasons?
Nice setup!! Real timesaver
Love that dipstick gas gauge!
Yup, simple but effective.
Amazing wood machine! Thanks to video Donn! You are one of the Best CZcamsrman what i know...!
🎅🏻👍🏻🇫🇮🔧
That's brilliant, gets the job jobbed fast like.
That sounds so good 🎶
I like how he took the totes out of the cages cut them in half diagonally and uses them for covers.
Yes and this is the first time I have seen those re-useable zip ties.
Me too!👍
@@lloydprunier4415 they are super cool. I guess if a guy wanted to he could spend some time bending up some metal clasps as well. Yet those crates are super handy. I know I can get 100s of them local and do the same thing. The only problem is I do not have anything that can move them. Plus the new place does not have a fireplace right now. Not really a place to put one. Been thinking about adding in one of those forces air furnaces that you connect to your existing duct work. We have plans to build a new house and that is one idea I have is the forced air furnace. Yet I also am considering 3 seperate heat pumps for the split arrangement. Would super simple and it would break the large house in to zones and keep seperate air areas as well. We have even thought about mini wood stoves as well. Yet you still require a large draft and I really do not wish to push anything through my thick ceiling and penetration free roof. I do miss using a wood stove in all of the houses I owned and lived in before this one. This one right now is paid in full and I can live with out the firewood for now.
I think I have firewood envy….! 👍😁
I’d love one of these, awesome
Puoi costruire quello che vuoi , ma l'oggetto acquistato sarā sempre superiore perchē dietro c'è una progettazione dedicata e test di ore e ore. Detto questo sei bravissimo in quello che fai .
Another great video, thank you for sharing, i learn a lot👍👍👍👍
Thanks Donn! 👍💪✌
That's certainly an impressive firewood maker. It even splits the wood while whacking it to length.
And by rotating the log 90 degrees every other cut you can split the wood into 4.👍
Love it so much keep it up as always 💘
A good way to use up small trees and limbs, not pretty but functional. a must share Donn. I too have Estonian ancestry even tho I live in alaska
WOW that's a lot of firewood. I take it you use wood for heat... Thumbs Up!
that is one wicked machine.
That is some hellaciously effective log splitting.
Willy is quite the unit! LOL custom radiator and all! Thanks for the vid!
The visible radiator outside the bonnet is secondary radiator in conjunction with the original one under the bonnet. I added the secondary for hot summers when the engine overheated during hay cutting.
Great video.
It’s a much better idea stacking them loose, it’s crazy wasting time and effort stacking them in the crates like some people do. All the best from England .
Cool splitter.
Привет, когда будет восстановление жигули?
That thing is so cool.
This one is not like farm equipment fast, this is like proper commercial money making equipment fast
Good job Donn
Willy needs some love.
Have a like from me.
That's an effective firewood processor, Donn. I'm surprised you didn't make it yourself. Andris could do with one of those
*When using this machine, you must ignore the intrusive thoughts 100%.*
Especially the ones requiring a lovely assistant.
Very Nice Machine Mr.DiY.😊😊😊
Nice video as always. I wold love to see homestead tour i see a lot interesting machinery
Fast and almost maintenance free ;)
next: build outdoor boiler :-)))
Is it just me who's mesmerised by the guillotine going round and round, and ending up seeing it as a crow?
Amazingly fast processing speed. I've got to admit I was very nervous watching this. That guard shroud looks a bit too wide and short, please make a safer guard that guarantees that hands can't get near the blade.
Gloves, ear protectors, reflective coat, steel toed boots, adult supervision,...no eye protection.
Now what did I not forget?😁👍
such an efficient gadget!
The guillotine is a MONSTER log chomper 😂
Almost "HYPNOTIC" to watch it.
You could use the skidsteer forks to pick up a pile of limbs and hold them at a comfortable height next to the machine, so you don't have to bend down and pick each one up.
Renault les meilleurs tracteur 😊french quality.
Gick fort att fylla en kubik 🇸🇪💪👍
замечательный агрегат 👍👍👍
buen video
Nice!
Awesome 😎❤
Used this kind of firewood machine lot's in '90s. If it "kicks" that wood U are feeding in, try to adjusting moving and stationary blades closer to each other.
And get that gap out of those stationary blades. Blades were adjustable atleast that finnish made splitter.
Nice video
I've seen quite a number of vids that show homemade rotary firewood chippers that work like this factory made unit.
ВАЗ 2101 или фиат124? Реставрируй
Красава🤘
Wouldn't it be cool to make a wood burning heater that also made power for the house? That tool you just demo'd probably save you a ton of time processing the firewood.
What a Beast.
Wow I've seen a lot of splitters here in the US but I have never seen anything like that.
Genial la maquina de cortar . 👌👌👍👍👍
Hello. In Finland this model name ''Klapi Tuiko''. First model made in 1982. Very fast. 1000ltr wood in half hours. More out speed more wood👍.
I like the splitting feature added to the guillotine. How do you think it would handle really knotted wood like oak?
I think it would handle anything great. It is super robust and powerful if connected to a powerful tractor. The Renault in this video ia 118HP with 6.2 litre engine and a lot of torque.
What a great machine💪😵💪😵💪
Эта машина для хутора а не для упаковок в магазин. Кто любит красивую упаковку вам дальше.
Nice processor.
Have you been teaching your little one to help yet?
Классный апорат.
Nice machine, gets through a pile of firewood quite quick!
Could it be converted to electric for in-the-yard use for people without a "Willy"?
🚜🙃☝
uhm... I think you need a very BIG electric motor. You can but It will be very energy hungry 😂
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼………………………………………………………..That thing is pretty cool, but it just seams like the universe is kinda out of step. I mean, you using a machine that you didn’t build from absolute scratch!! LOL !
Can't do everything myself, can I... 😀
So when do you design an auto feed for it?
I was hoping for a build thread
Sounds like the perfect piece of toast. 🍞😛
Hmmm, now i suddenly feel the urge to buy a tractor and one of those things 🤔
See your manifold are still alive 😁👍
It is 👍😀
Is this hard on the hands? It looks a little jarring. Thanks
🔥👍
Отличный дровокол! А интересно сырую берёзу он так же разрубит?
Ого капейка жигули❤
So what's the project based on this Donn?... self propelled with tank tracks?
👌
🤩
Powerfull woodkiller😁🧨
I really hope that this was sponsored by Forstman, Donn. If not then it should have been. Pretty much the ultimate endorsement for that piece of kit. Which, by the way, is brilliant. That splitter beak totally changes the dynamic of a guillotine splitter. I sense a typical Donn improvement on the feed side though... = ) Custom high level cradle for the material and a smooth sloped feeder trough would make your life much easier and your back grateful. Shame that things have come to having to put a permanent watermark on the screen throughout the video`s... yeah, I have noticed that blatant rip off channel... As always, I hope all is well with you and yours = )
Yup, I've been thinking about the autofeed. The watermark will unfortunately stay since people on the internet are heartless thieves and steal my content left and right. Even that will not stop them sometimes.
Good job 👍
At 10:00 I noticed some blood on the inside of the guillotine 🤔
Did you let anyone inside it? 😜
Looks like you've got an exhaust valve leaking. Pretty bad on that tractor. Either that or it's possible that you've got a head gasket leak between two cylinders
Hello !
Rien a voir avec cette vidéo , à quand la suite de la réalisation de la petit moto ?
