    17:13 I liked that you used a stick to remove the ones left beneath the elevator.

    Wow! Fast but possible dangerous machine! Great for thin birch threes. The tractor got a bit of a workout when you put the big one in there. How many M3 are you using each year? Great video as always!

      Yes it is pretty fast. Maximum is 20 cm in diameter and everything goes that fits in 😉. These trees were not that big only a few bit bigger one amongs them all... I havent checked exactly the amount but something in the range of 16-20 piled cubic meters to heat up the machine hall during one winter. Depends on the winter and how high temp is kept inside... Thanks for watching!!!

    Neat system. Im used to wrestling with big stuff here in the US. I think I like your system better!

      This size of wood I get from young forest maintenance so better for me to utilize it as firewood also... There is small stuff and you get next to nothing as volume from those small ones so more like a habbit to collect those too... The bigger the diameter the more cubics you will get with same amount of work.🤔😆 Thanks for commenting!

      Maybe you could see some of those internals around 5 min in this video. Not sure about the exact chain size

    What rpm would you be running the tractor at whilst cutting wood.

    • @JuhaErkkila
      @JuhaErkkila  Před 3 lety

      1500 rpm for smaller wood and 1300 if they all are bigger ones... This time it was 1500 rpm. PTO is 540 rpm but I dont remember what is corresponding diesel speed for that...

    Viileä kone. Tänään olen alkanut leikkiä puulla, minulla on useita koivu perävaunuja leikata ja halkaista.

      Maszyna działa świetnie mimo, że ma już 30 lat. Maszyna ta produkuje ponad 100 metrów sześciennych drewna opałowego rocznie na potrzeby kilku różnych rodzin, więc przerobiła bardzo dużo drewna. Dziękujemy za obejrzenie filmu!
