      He is so stubborn and always wears flip flops and then complains he is tired. I wear Colombia sport sandals which are so much better for walking around all day. When I was younger I could get away with flip flops but now I realize you only get one pair of feet and you need to take care of them.

    ศรีราชา..เป็นชื่ออำเภอในจังหวัดชลบุรีของไทยเเละเป็นชื่อซอสของไทยด้วย...ไม่รู้ว่ามันกลายไปเป็นซอสของเวียดนามได้ไง..งง?😊

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  Před 5 měsíci +1

      ในอเมริกาเหนือ เรารู้ว่ามันเป็นซอสเวียดนามที่มีไก่อยู่บนนั้น ผู้อพยพชาวเวียดนามนำเข้ามายังสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งทำให้เมนูนี้เป็นที่นิยมมากแต่ก็เผ็ดมากด้วย มันน่าสนใจมากที่ได้เห็นประเทศไทยมีชื่อเหมือนกันแต่แตกต่างกันมาก

    • @porpaemuuntuup2912

      ซอสพริกศรีราชา เป็นสินค้าขึ้นชื่อของ อำเภอศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี ผู้ที่คิดค้นสูตรซอสพริกคือ นายกิมซัว ทิมกระจ่าง ผลิตเมื่อปี 2456 โดยใช้ พริกแดง กระเทียม น้ำตาล น้ำส้มสายชู และเกลือ ได้น้ำพริกสีแดงส้มจ้า รสชาติ เผ็ด เปรี้ยว หวานจัดจ้าน กลมกล่อม
      เดวิด ทราน นักธุรกิจชาวเวียดนาม เขาเคยท่องเที่ยวตามอาเซียนแล้วติดใจในซอสพริกศรีราชาของไทย หลังจากที่เขาหนีสงครามเวียดนามย้ายไปอเมริกา ก็ไปทำซอสพริกส่งขายตามไชน่าทาน์วและร้านเวียดนาม ในปี 2520 โดยใช้ส่วนประกอบเดียวกัน แต่พริกจาลาปิโน่(พริกพื้นถิ่นแมกซิโก) ที่หาง่ายในแคลิฟอร์เนีย มาแทนพริกแดงของไทย รสชาติจึงออกเปรี้ยวและเผ็ดแหลม
      เดวิด ทราน ยื่นจดลิขสิทธิ์ ในรูปตราไก่ กับฝาสีเขียวเท่านั้น ไม่ได้ยื่นจดคำว่า "ศรีราชา" จนในภายหลังมีคนเคยขอจดลิขสิทธิ์ในชื่อ "ศรีราชา" แต่ทางสำนักงานสิทธิบัตรในอเมริกาไม่รับจดให้ บอกว่าคำนี้เป็นคำที่ทุกคนเข้าใจว่าเป็นซอสพริก ไม่ใช้ชื่อเฉพาะ และตราสินค้า ดังนั้นใครจะนำคำว่าศรีราชาไปใช้ก็ได้
