Quang, u ate one of my favourite indian snacks, well south Asian. so in Bangladesh, where I'm from we usually make a chutney/snack out of it. It's so popular and u must give it a try. You'll need to eyeball the ingredients but u are looking for a semi dry texture. Nothing stodgy or wet. You'll need: preferably buy a 'Bombay mix' pack (the one u have will do). chopped white onion. bunch of coriander. chillies (like your Thai ones but green). salt lemon juice mustard oil (little splash) put it all in a dish and give it a good, thorough shake. The key is in the shake not stirring or mixing. SHAKING! And you're done. Give it a try!!!

Hey my friend, I'm watching this as I eat salmon and green beans. that chicken looks fabulous, I've never tried marinated chicken in fish sauce before I'll have to give that a go. I adore kitty ! Such a gorgeous little dog 😍😍
I like eating with chopsticks or regular utensils, but sometimes when eating rice I just like the satisfactory feeling of shoveling a whole mouthful of rice vs trying to delicately pick up as much as you can with chopsticks haha, or else you have to pick up the dish and scoop it into your mouth with the chopsticks which works fine, but sometimes people give you looks :P

Quang, u ate one of my favourite indian snacks, well south Asian. so in Bangladesh, where I'm from we usually make a chutney/snack out of it. It's so popular and u must give it a try. You'll need to eyeball the ingredients but u are looking for a semi dry texture. Nothing stodgy or wet. You'll need:
preferably buy a 'Bombay mix' pack (the one u have will do).
