Ahhh!! I'm so speechless right now! This video was so awesome!! You totally nailed it with the pancit canton, adding soup to the rice, and eating with your hands! +Quang Trang I've been making this for years and I've done some fixes to it that you might be interested in for any future attempts. The traditional method is to boil it in the marinade. What I've done is this: during Summer I grill the Chicken pieces quickly to get a nice char and smoky flavour to it, return them to the marinade, and boil them until tender. During Winter, I just broil the pieces in the oven until a bit charred, return them to the marinade, and boil them until tender. Just before I turn off the heat I toss in a ton of freshly chopped Garlic and let the residual heat cook it. BAM!!!
Yo! Only you can make vegan hotdogs, toast and kale look so dang appetizing!! Lol and kitty!! She looks so innocent and calm during walks and in the car, but I guess she's sassy when you mess with her toys! Too cute! I'm 100% Filipino but I love mi goreng over pansit canton. Also I've been making all kinds of adobo all my life but dude! Why didn't I ever think of roasting it in the oven??!! So yet again, you've given me inspiration on an old classic!! I just saw this video. One thing I can say is you really eat with gusto! Dang, that's a whole chicken you devoured! Adobe is the easiest dish to prepare, with rice and boiled okra or boiled eggplant dip with bagoong fish! From Millington, Tennessee, USA! Yes, I am a Pilipino, who also loved your Vietnamese Pho soup. That's all I order when I go to Vietnamese restaurant!

eating with hands is called kamayan or boodle fight - PH military style of eating where long tables are prepared and food are on top of the banana leaves and also way back when utensils like fork & spoon where not introduced

Ey QT! Regarding your observation about Filipinos using our hands while eating.. Well, it depends on the occassion. If it's just at home or at the beach eating our fave food like grilled fish/pork/chicken, for sure you'll see us eating using hands.. "kamayan" in Tagalog, "kinamot" in Bisaya 😉 but if we are eating in restaurants or other people's parties, then we use spoon and fork 👍👍😉

do u ever freeze the meat you buy & use it for later recipes, or always use it fresh from the day you buy it? does freezing it change the meats flavor ?
Hey Shyann! Great question. The only time I would ever freeze meat would be if it was on sale/ buying in bulk. For me fresh is better and I usually buy meat fresh daily or use whatever up I buy last day. I would yes. Meat does have slight different taste to it when frozen vs fresh. In my opinion
