I have the J Pro and the K1 in my 2011 Call of Duty and I love them both!

im wondering how bad the glare from the screen is, does the display get washed out when the sun is shining directly on the screen?

Hello Rocky, I just purchase my J Pro digital dash and has installed it but my compass doesn’t move when I turn in each direction. Am I doing something wrong?
I’m not sure I never hooked that up I actually removed the little box that tracks that stuff to fit my radio so I don’t have that. They’ve been super responsive to me on Instagram so I would reach out and contact them to see if they may be able to help you!

Will it work with an aftermarket radio ? I have a kenwood with apple carplay . Or does it only work with their radio ?
It’s best to get the K1 head unit as they are made to work together.

Is it compatible with the 6 Speed Manual JK? It has the automatic gear selector display, but does it have an option for the manual?

Can you dim the display so it isn't so bright for night time driving?
Yup, it automatically dims when you turn your headlights on
When you open the door do the gauges light up? Or do they only light up when you turn ignition?
The dash lights up when you unlock the doors
Is the speedometer digital readout as bright and large as the jl or gladiator readout? Getting older and need the larger readout for my 2018 jk. thanks

It is super simple to install with the instructions the company provides. There’s only a few clips and maybe 8 screws.

Hey a doubt here… the housing of the 2007-2010 dashboard has like 3 bumps, in the middle is larger… different periphery geometry than the actual dashboard… does this saler offers the housing apart?
This is one specifically made for those years.
Thats what I'm trying to figure out, this one looks like it's made for for 2012 jeep, it looks nothing like the 2008.

I did a LT1 swap my gauges all work but I’m u sure if it would work with my set up

so i have a 2010 jeep wrangler. how do i go about using this with no steering wheel controls?
Mine also has no steering wheel controls, the buttons are on the top left side and of the trim piece. Super clean and easy to reach location.

@@ROCKY_TV The buttons on the top of what? I never see you push any buttons nor do I recognize them in the images. Are they built into the screen? (seems like a risky place to have them when you're driving. LOL)
What happens if you end up not likening this and you put your original cluster back in after driving on this for let’s say 3000 miles? Does your original cluster show the correct mileage?

How is it holding up after a couple of months. Any issues? I think the same company is trying to release one for the Fj cruiser and I’m wondering if it’s worth the reliability.

I used the Jscan app to turn that light off. It still throws that code just no light.

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler X, Will this work in mine? I have no steering wheel controls and it’s a manual. I also went on there website and on models do I chose sport model since my Jeep is a wrangler x. Thank you brother for any help on this. Great video and great content. Subscribed!

Nice wish you could put a later model wheel on the early jk But still haven’t found any easy set ups. Not I have to try and figure out if it will work with my LT1 set up it’s basically running on a Chevy computer. But all my stock gauges work so idk
I know they ask what engine you have when you purchase it, if I bought one and then engine swapped would it no longer work?
I’m not quite sure, you’d have to ask them that question.

Yeah recently it’s been getting green lines in it but then will go away the next day.

No it doesn’t I use the Jpro app for that.

U mentioned it’s worth the money. But the different screens like snow highway etc doesn’t make your car drive any different it’s just a background.
That’s why there are countless other features that make it worth it besides backgrounds

Yup, this is their new model designed for the early years of the JK/JKU this one was actually the first on installed on the early model Jeeps and it works perfectly
In a very bad hour I decided to buy a dahsboard from @carobotor. Here is my experience so you don't go through it.
1.- On November 20, 2019, I made the mistake of buying a Jpro for my Jk 2010 from the company @Carobotor.
2.- When I received it on December 15, I observed that the dashboard has a strip of dead pixels, right in the middle, that strip measures about .5 cm. The dashboard is damaged at the factory.
3.- I reported it through the WhatsApp channel that appears as support,
4.- They sent me an "update" file by mail on December 21, which resolved absolutely nothing. So I reported it and they told me they would send a new dashboard.
5.- On December 22, they didn't answer me any more in the WhatsApp "support" and they didn't send me anything.
6.- On January 1, 2021, very annoying, after several days being ignored, I commented on a publication by @carobotor where they wished their clients a happy year. There I complained, and they contacted me quickly (by messenger now).
7.- On January 7, without knowing what was still happening, I decided to request my money back. Only then did a guy tell me that my replacement was being shipped.
8.-On January 8, the replacement arrived, I installed it and everything seemed to work very well, however, I noticed that the box said Jpro 2011-2018, and I pointed it out to the person who attended me.
He said "Outfit is the same, but the software and the hardware are different"
9.- On January 29, I decide to take my Jeep to the agency since the Air Conditioning did not work. After checking, the electrician made the observation that the problem came from the board. It wasn't sending the signals to the compressor.
10.-The air conditioning DOES NOT works with the last dashboard that they sent me, but it DOES WORK FINE with the one that came to me first that presents the dead pixels fault. So it is not a problem with the carobotor board itself, but with the latter board (I suspect it is the wrong version from 2011, as the box said). I sent them videos, and the diagrams they gave me at the agency.
11.-On February 2 another "update" file was mailed to me, again it had no effect and I reported it immediately. The update tries to run but generates errors in a text log file. Same that I sent to them in response to their mail.
12.- Today is February 9 and I want my money back. I'm tired and very upset with @carobotor.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY THAT DASHBOARD, the company is unable to provide customer support. They just have no idea.
