When I reached 40 I had to change my eating habits. I went Keto and now burn fat off. It sucks to not eat carbs and sugar but the results are good, 47 years old now. Lost 30 lbs and feel way better. It took me a good year to work out some good eating habits and meals. Great channel.

I have the fix for your AC and Heater.
First that AC is undersized for that big of a truck cab on the 4th gens. I have an 09. The problem with those blend door actuators is that the blend doors are made out of plastic and installed in a plastic housing. Blend doors get stuck and the actuator wich also have plastic gears break.
Now the fix. They have aftermarket aluminum blend doors made. Get those and change them. There are like five actuators. Three of them u can change them real easy from the front, but two of them are a pain. Now is the time to change them.
You have to take the whole dash out for that, but you arenot going to have anymore issues with that.
Also put a couple auxiliary fans behind the grille and you are going to be good to go with no more problems.
There are videos here explaining all that.
    Have a good one.

All the truck stops have 12 volt blankets. Grab one at your next stop. I had to drive from North Dakota to Texas in November one year when heat exchanger broke on my RV. It was the only way to stay warm! If U have two 12 volt plugs, get two blankets, one for legs, other for your back...keep your core warm.

Alex I bought a trailer back in March and still don’t have plates for it. NYC DMVs were closed and now by appointment only, trying to get an appointment in NYC is impossible, finally got an appointment last month but still haven’t received the plates, so I haven’t been able to work with my trailer and on top of everything I keep having to pay storage fees. Been doing PO loads and it sucks, only used my trailer for a month with temp tags that the dealer gave me.

I save alot of money at the pump with it traveling. No monthly fees or membership fee! They get small percentage of discounted price when you fill up.

I do boat transport and am usually over size so I've been using the same permit company, but that's expensive with a processing fee for every permit and every state, plus the hassle & waste of waiting/printing documents that I never seem to use, but god forbid you get stopped without them.
