    Zdrava Bounty torta 🥥🍫
    Bez glutena, laktoze, rafiniranih šećera
    Super jednostavna torta koju morate probati ako ste ljubitelj kokosa 😍
    Moj savjet je da za glazuru koristite malo kokosovog mlijeka kako bi bilo lakše rezati kolač, ali ako volite hrskavu glazuru, onda pravite kao i ja u videu.

    •SASTOJCI•
    Podloga
    130g kokos mrvica
    125g badema
    2 žlice kakao praha (13g)
    85g kikirki maslaca
    85g meda
    -•ako je smjesa i dalje suha, možete dodati još maslaca ili malo biljnog mlijeka.
    Kokos mrvice i bademe usitnite što više u sjeckalici ili blenderu. Zatim promješajte u velikoj zdjeli s ostalim sastojcima. Dobivenu smjesu rasporedite u kalup 18cm promjera i napravite visoke rubove koji će sprječavati da se krema razlije. Stavite hladiti.
    •Krema•
    100g kokos mrvica
    Konzerva kokos mlijeka cijela (400ml)
    2 žlice meda
    2-3 žličice kokos ulja
    2 žlice proteina badema (ili kokos mrvica)
    Prokuhajte lagano kokos mlijeko i kokos mrvice 10ak min. Ostavite da se malo ohladi. Dodajte med, kokos ulje i protein badema ili kokos mrvice. Sve usitnite u blenderu i prelijte u kalup. Ravnomjerno rasporedite i stavite hladiti.
    •Preljev•
    60g tamne čokolade
    2-3 žličice kokos ulja
    *malo kokos kreme ako želite mekšu glazuru koja se lakše reže
    Otopite tamnu čokoladu i promješajte s uljem (i kokos kremom ako želite). Prelijte kao završni sloj nakon sto se krema već stegla. Ostavite da se ohladi, zatim poslužite. U slast! 😍

    •INGREDIENTS•
    The substrate
    130g coconut crumbs
    125g of almonds
    2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (13g)
    85g of peanut butter
    85g of honey
    -•if the mixture is still dry, you can add more butter or a little vegetable milk.
    Chop the coconut crumbs and almonds as much as possible in a chopper or blender. Then mix in a large bowl with the other ingredients. Spread the resulting mixture into an 18 cm diameter mold and make high edges that will prevent the cream from spilling. Put to cool.
    •Cream•
    100g coconut crumbs
    Can of whole coconut milk (400ml)
    2 spoons of honey
    2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil
    2 tablespoons of almond protein (or coconut flakes)
    Boil coconut milk and coconut crumbs for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down a bit. Add honey, coconut oil and almond protein or coconut flakes. Grind everything in a blender and pour into the mold. Spread evenly and let cool.
    •Dressing•
    60g of dark chocolate
    2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil
    *a little coconut cream if you want a softer glaze that is easier to cut
    Melt the dark chocolate and mix with oil (and coconut cream if you like). Pour over as a final layer after the cream has already set. Leave to cool, then serve. Enjoy! 😍

    Ovo je bas super recept pigotovo sto mnogo volim.kokos. a i veganska je. Taman po mom ukusu u svakom smislu. Pizzz od 💞💞💞🌷
