    Evo jedna osvježavajuća ideja za nadolazeće vruće dane
    Kombinacija kokosa i šumskog voća koja će svakog ljubitelja Bounty čokoladice osvojiti 🍫
    Priprema je jednostavna, za kremu vam ne trebaju vam indijski oraščići, sve samo treba dobro smiksati, posložiti i ohladiti ❄️
    Krenimo na pripremu 👇🏼
    •Podloga•
    130g kokos mrvica
    125g badema
    2 žlice kakao praha (13g)
    85g kikirki maslaca
    85g meda
    50ml zobenog mlijeka
    Sve suhe sastojke dobro usitnite u sjecklici. Zatim dodajte mokre, promiješajte dobro i utisnite u kalup 20cm promjera obloženim pek papirom. Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite i napravite visoke rubove uz rub kalupa kao zidove, oni će zadržati kremu i služiti da se krema ne razlije. Stavite hladiti.
    •Šumsko voće preljev•
    110gr šumskog voća
    Cca 50ml vode
    Žličica agar praha (zamjena za želatinu)
    U zdjelicu za kuhanje dodajte šumsko voće i vodu. Kuhajte dok ne zahuha. Zatim umiješajte agar i kuhajte još 2 min i miješajte. Ostavite da se malo ohladi zatim dodajte u kalup kao prvi sloj. Stavite hladiti.
    •Krema•
    100g kokos mrvica
    Konzerva kokos mlijeka cijela (400ml)
    2 žlice meda
    Žličica kokos ulja
    2 žlice proteina badema (ili kokos mrvica ili mljevenog badema)
    Kokos mrvice i kokos kremu dodajte u zdjelicu za kuhanje i lagani kuhajte dok se ne zgusne (do 10 min). Ostavite da se malo ohladi. Dodajte zatim u sjecklicu i dobro usitnite i ostavite da se ohladi do mlake temperature. Zatim dodajte med, kokos ulje i protein badema. Kremu dodajte u kalup i ravnomjerno rasporedite. Ostavite da se dobro ohladi u frižideru.
    •Preljev•
    60g tamne čokolade
    2-3 žlice kokos kreme
    Za kraj ugrijte kokos kremu te pomiješajte s čokoladom da se otopi i sjedini. Prelijte preko kolača kao završni sloj. Kolač ostaviti najbolje preko noći da se dobro ohladi. To je to, uživajte u svakom zalogaju. 🥥🌴

    The preparation is simple, you don't need cashews for the cream, everything just needs to be mixed well, arranged and cooled ❄️
    Let's start preparing 👇🏼
    •Substrate•
    130g coconut crumbs
    125g of almonds
    2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (13g)
    85g of peanut butter
    85 g of honey
    50 ml oat milk
    Finely chop all the dry ingredients in a chopper. Then add the wet ones, mix well and press into a 20 cm diameter mold lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly and make high edges along the edge of the mold as walls, they will hold the cream and serve to prevent the cream from separating. Put to cool.
    •Forest fruit dressing•
    110 grams of forest fruit
    About 50 ml of water
    A teaspoon of agar powder (substitute for gelatin)
    Add wild berries and water to the cooking bowl. Cook until it gets hot. Then mix the agar and cook for another 2 min and mix. Let it cool a little, then add it to the mold as the first layer. Put to cool.
    •Cream•
    100g of coconut crumbs
    Can of whole coconut milk (400ml)
    2 spoons of honey
    A teaspoon of coconut oil
    2 tablespoons of protein almonds (or coconut flakes or ground almonds)
    Add coconut crumbs and coconut cream to the cooking bowl and cook gently until it thickens (up to 10 minutes). Let it cool down a bit. Then add to the chopper and chop well and let it cool down to lukewarm temperature. Then add honey, coconut oil and almond protein. Add the cream to the mold and spread evenly. Let it cool well in the fridge.
    •Dressing•
    60g of dark chocolate
    2-3 tablespoons of coconut cream
    Finally, heat the coconut cream and mix with the chocolate to melt and combine. Pour over the cake as a final layer. It is best to leave the cake overnight to cool down. That's it, enjoy every bite. 🥥🌴
