She is born in france so that means she is French. But She has serbian and Iranian origins so by definition she is french with Iranian and Serbian blood

For me Barbara and Maneskin are equally good, 2 different genre, both songs have deep and relevant meanings. Maneskin brings back Rock&Roll that has been "lost" for the past decade, but Barbara's song is so classic and I LOVE the ending and the transition between the 3 verses of Voila. Another difference is each of Maneskin's performance is the same as their recorded version (which is great), but Barbara's live version is actually BETTER than her original song because of all the emotion she's putting into the performance. I can hear the difference in each of her performance (Eurovision France, Semi-final, Finals) and the final performance is SO beautiful and emotional, she really gave everything to that performance. I feel like she could have won if Maneskin wasn't in this competition or if she participated another year lol, but oh well she still did amazing and gained lots of international fans!

I Just realised something...
If Barbara wins, not only France will be The first country to win both ESC and JESC in 365 days (technically two different years, but still 365 days). But Barbara will be a winner of two Eurovision contests in one year (in JESC as a songwriter). Woah... that would be big.

She’s beautiful and strong but also soooo cute, what a fantastic attitude! You can tell she is so passionate about music, she’s more than just a vocalist, she’s an artist. I am delighted that she gave her 12 to Iceland who are my personal faves! If Barbara wins on Saturday that would mean BOTH of the next ESC competitions would be in France! That would be crazy!! Voila is not my number 1, but if it wins I will not be upset, it is a deserving song.
