You still stole viego's ult when he was transformed into blitz based on the icon. I'm guessing the fact that viego is supposed to transform back into himself when he uses that ult is what caused the game to panic like that.
it seems like he blinked forward when he pressed R as well: when the game unfreezes he is exacly on the position his mouse was when the game froze. The icon on his head though is that of blitzcrank, which is definitely a bug.

@17:07 The game did not crash. When you took "blitzcrank" (aka Viego's) ult, you actually got Viego ult. While the game did seem to stutter, you can see in the following frames that you jumped forward, aka used Viego's ult.
Came to say this, Pekin just didn't see the icon of his ult showing that he had Viego ult. Maybe the bug was related to taking it while he was blitz though?

Don't dive a xayah.... the amount of people who don't get that honestly is baffaling
As someone who plays a lot of xayah, she's definitely diveable. The invulnerability from ult lasts about as long as the interval between tower shots, so you really only get one extra shot. In the early game that matters a lot but less so mid and late, especially against fast burst where you might not even get a chance to press R. Or even just have someone tanky take agro. I'd say getting hit by her E afterwards is the bigger issue, but if you maneuver around her while she's ulting or time it between cool downs she just a immobile adc with a worse hourglass. It's certainly not like diving a kogmaw, but it's not off the table.
@nicholasfoster2564 I'm a xayah main too I'm not saying it's not very doable it is also just needlessly risky to do when they are already behind and worth gold. The amount of times I have gotten doubles from ult e and letting tower kill them is frankly ridiculous
