Can you just manage your inventory by using square on your computer? The same question also with generating reports?

yes. You may be able to generate a report with a higher tier plan on square. but using mid to low tier square options you have the ability to add apps that integrate with your square account. in this instance it would be a good idea to get the quickbooks app on your square account for something along the lines of reports.

Great question! Yes, you can manage your inventory and generate reports all through your online Square Dashboard which comes free with your Square account. In addition, you can download the free Dashboard app if you have an iPhone! You can learn more about Square Dashboard and all the tools + features it offers by visiting Square's website.
