    Nice review, do the Tiny Go have altitude hold(gyroscope sensor) like the Cetus?

    • @NordFPV
      @NordFPV  Před 2 lety +1

      No. I haven't seen that on any other FPV drone but the Cetus. And to be honest is not very popular. I don't think it worked correctly and forces the drone to run a different firmware than betaflight, which makes things even more complicated.

      I bought the Cetus Pro Kit and the truth is that it has gone very well in these three months and I have learned a lot... Someting that @NordFPV did not tolk about is the durability. Cetus Pro is made with Nylon PA12 I have hit it against everything... concrete, walls... it has fallen from a very high distance after hitting it and barely and it has a scratch and the components... FC, motors and camera are in perfect condition.. For a Begginner that is a very great plus. Because a friend broke his Eachine drone in only three fligths..

    I had the GepRC, and accidentally lost it within the first couple months. It was 100% my fault. I actually just ordered this BetaFPV kit as a replacement mainly for the controller. I was disappointed to find out the GepRC controller was not able to be use with other drones.

    • @NordFPV
      @NordFPV  Před 2 lety +2

      I think if GEPRC would have a control that is compatible with other drones and can connect to the simulator, it will be a perfect starter kit. The weak point of that kit is the remote.

  • @brezovprut4431
    @brezovprut4431 Před 2 lety

    For FPV newcomer that wants to cruise longer range, is it better to start with these kits and to invest in better equipment later, or to buy quality goggles (skyzone cobra X) + TX12/ TX16 Radiomaster, and quad like ELRS Crux3 NLR / Rekon 3 as starting point?

    • @NordFPV
      @NordFPV  Před 2 lety

      It's a difficult question. Assume you like FPV, then will like to upgrade your kit almost immediately, and second hand value for this kits is not great. So assuming you may like FPV starting with cobra x+TX12+ drone is a better option. But if you assume that you won't like it, then of course it's better to start with a kit. So, the kits are good options if you are 50/50 into FPV, but if you have tested it before, and you just want to start in FPV and want to grow on it, then a self picked kit is better.

    • @brezovprut4431
      @brezovprut4431 Před 2 lety

      @@NordFPV Thanks for your answer ! Does my pick makes sense as longer run investment (CobraX+TX12+Crux3NLR)? Is Cobra X sufficient for long range module upgrades for expanding even to fixed wing FPV?

      @NordFPV  Před 2 lety +2

    Which one is better the Geprc or Cetus pro ?

    • @NordFPV
      @NordFPV  Před 2 lety +1

      I have not tried the Cetus pro myself, but it looks good. The two down sides I can see on that drone are: 1.-Cetus pro has the same weird modes as Cetus, which don't really do anything for my point of view, and 2.-As always, Betafpv quality control is very doubtful, and anythign coming from them is always a lottery, and there are big chances you get something that won't work and you will spend a lot of time and energy fighting with customer support.
