This is good advice, but keep in mind that a book or even a series of books will probably not change someone’s attachment style. This is a job for therapy and long term awareness. Just to keep expectations realistic. Great job, anyway! 😊

Nothing will work, until the person suffering makes a move or takes some action to change the life. Therapy will just help you to “know yourself” and then you will be able to make the changes, but again, it’s “you” who has to make the change. There’s a book “Running on empty” that will make u aware of yourself. It connected me to my inner self, but again it’s “you” who has to take the initiative.

It's not my attachment style - it's BPD. I'm fully aware that these two are connected, but this anxiety is present in every aspect of life, and getting rid of it or calming it means tons of therapy work, which I do and hope for the best. I wrote this comment just to emphasize that the source of the problems with fear of abandonment sometimes had to be found deeper.

I think friendships with exes depends on the person, you cant apply the same rule to literally everyone, after all we dont love the same, personally i am still friends with 2/3 of my exes, one whome yes we weren't in love with each other, and the second was a year and a half long relationship, and we're good friends now after growing apart for like 2 years getting busy with studies and life, absolutely no feelings included, u could still be friends with the 3rd one but our lives judt naturally shifted away from each other, i think friendships with exes end horribly when you still have feelings for them, or still salty holding grudges about what they did, so i personally think this matter is super diffrent from a person to another.

I am rarely approached by men, and have been told by many that I am intimidating. It has been a problem since I was young. I had boys admit this to my friends and me.
I have learned to approach them as a result and I don't mind doing that.. but some men get even more intimidated and it makes it hard to see the man's investment level.

PLEASE I need Suggestions from Ppl who've been thru this situation. Ill try to explain in short
Situation: I confessed my feelings and he friendzoned me (shouldve stopped there) i continued the frndship even tho i had feelings and after a few months one day he just cut me off by saying I'm ending everything. After 4 months of no Contact now my close frnd had a fight w him for some different reasons and he thinks that I'm telling my friend to fight. Yesterday he blocked me everywhere. And YES I STILL HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM. Should I clarify one last time about all the fights and stuff before move on or should i just move on? (Well moving on is really a big task cuz whateva he do I can't hate him)
