I actually succeeded in getting my narc to ADMIT that she was jealous of my happy marriage and good family!.............Then I RAN!
They use the cat and mouse tactics...
They did and do. Solution: Trust NOBODY, don't share anything with anyone what they can use against you, don't get involved conversations with unknown people, keep distance respectfully from everyone. Earlier or later they're going to be bored, that they already damaged you and you have no reaction for anything, if not one day, they gonna die too, if you are lucky, earlier than you.

It's been a year since I dumped my Narc with no contact. I truly hope his nightmare is over and he will never contact me again.
My narc looks through the garbage, my dresser , my car, They are evi.
Yes I saw my Narc going through my notebook on my desk. He thought I was in the kitchen nope. I just laughed & said how stupid. I'm hiding nothing .. I don't hide anything & I'm direct have nothing to hide! He later got furious I was staring at a handsome guy on tv. Wasn't staring just watching the show that I wanted last lol... jealous & envy big for them. All insanity!

i have a queen narc stalking me and spreading rumors back in my old congregation....she comes to my new cong...about every other month....never speaks to me ....just looking...and now they are all kinds of rumors back in a place that i nor my family even have a part in....don't know why she just doesn't just move on to a new supply.....but she had such a great one in me i am sure it is a great loss for her.....(sorry Kid) have your fun with tidbits of nothing information....i am done with the cruel games....

Oh yeah he wants to hurt me he is trying everything sad. I was very kind & he started fights yelled & provoked everything. They don't Value a good loving & kind hearted person. They become paranoid I think ..obsess over you.. mine sent me something he knows I ignored it bothering him sad.

fantastic videos that is spot on in every way...as a victim of this evil i have made my narci abuser run round in confusion living in total and absolute fear of me...his and his wife....total fear...doing everything you said in your videos..they are beingf driven toinsanity....they have put a new front door to their villa and have a sdecurity gaurd 247...and i never eve made a threat of retaliation...they simply come to me over and over prying into my head to see what i have cooked up for them as revenge...i have none of that...with evil you have to meet him with greater evil....he must know that he has met his match when i can read into his every word and move and have a ready made reply for it all...casual...neve being angry or show emmotion no matter how nasty he is to get a reaction...stone cold...evil is not just a science but is an art form...as a student of the talmud i have studied the art of evil....i am now playing for time waiting for karma to strike in its own sweet time....and it will because karma is like maths...the universe goes round in a very pricise manner...if not everything will collapse...same with evil...the balance must be restored and evil will be blunted because with justice will not allow itself to be out of balance...its the maths of pure consciousness made by god...with normal humans when they make errors god is very willing to forgive cos he thinks of them error makers as silly liitle buggrs making silly mistakes....but with the narci they get gods immediate attention and he sits there planning the karma which he will send over at a time when the narci wont know what hits him.......there is a passage in the koran that talks about the narci telling him that he will never get away with it in this world and in the after life and there is no escape...yes i will not stoop to their level but will outs,mart them and have nothing but a plan to win all the way and crush them in the process .....their lies about me have never worked with people that are close to me...i am an open book and people that know me will not buy into their filthy stories....they know me too well and know its a lie...and i never try to defend myself agaiunst the lies...my narci recently fired his mades in the house because he saw me give them presents during the month of ramadan...they said i was a nice guy...so he was scared that i am spying on him....i am not but i made it look like i was when i gave them the presents...just goes to show his stupid mind and how i can manipulate him into fear....and fear he has when i accidently caught him offgaurd with his fingers in his mouth schewing away his nails looking pale....he rarely ever looks me straight to my eye...he does not estanlish eye contacy...i can read the little creep like a book...i have taken this as a personell challenge to my very being and will fight this out with guile....it sustains me and gives me great energy to know that i will defeat him....i play him like a fiddle now raising the pressure then lowering it at will...he is having a fit ....not me...i like the rpoverb that says ...you cant take something that does not belong to you and devour it....you can always chew on it very hard but you will never have the satisfation of actually swallowing the ill gotten gains.....and if you do somehow manage to swallow it you will gurgurate it back again and if that does not happen then you have digested poison...kARMA...,,,HE IS NOW TAKING THAT POISON IN DROPS.....not me...i am relaxed and have total confidence inmyself...no one can destroy my self esteem or lower me down...no one...i am tough...very tough...i dont expend my emmotional enegy into negetivity...but positive thinking against a foe ...evil that has come knocking on my door forcing entry....that evil will be matched and then some....

Roslyn Claxton I understand what you're saying and I agree to never give them any of our energy by having communication with them. I was speaking about the abuse they put us through. Keeping their secret of who and what they do, is what they expect. That's why they make us believe we are crazy and the bad person, all the while smearing us behind our backs. It's all part of the plan to continue abusing us with our silence. It's the truth that they fear the most. Would most abusers abuse, if they knew they weren't guaranteed their victims silence? I don't believe so.
ActiveEnergy The thing a narcissist holds near and dear is their persona, everyone else is expendable. In my opinion they have a lot of shame and that's why they discard and smear anyone who threatens to expose it... So they do fear exposure much more then you may realize.
ActiveEnergy Behind the mask of a narcissist are many different characteristics and shame is one of them. They always use it to justify and excuse their behaviour.

omg am getting so scared now am closing my doors.....u r totaly write funy thing is the ex narc always accused me with cheating in fact he was for more than 3 years I guess since 2012 there was always hints but I ignored it i could not imagine some one could be so evil and hurt his own family....any way u know what they say if ur a thief u think every one is....and when ur bad u say every one is like this every one is evil...that is a very dark way to look at the world...even me after all I have been throu am still brety optimistic but ya is so sad the narc world is like hell for them...I kinda feel sory for them.
