In this deeply moving episode, we delve into the heart-wrenching story of Sacha, a mother whose life was turned upside down by a series of systemic failures. Accused of child abandonment and potentially misdiagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) instead of Complex PTSD, Sacha's journey is a testament to the struggles faced by many within the realms of social services and mental health care.
As we navigate through her narrative, we uncover the layers of coercion and the concept of 'paper tigers' within the system, revealing a reality where those in need are often left without the appropriate support. Sacha's children, now in foster care, represent the personal losses entangled in these systemic gaps.
This episode is a trigger warning for its raw and emotional content. It sheds light on the often untold stories of individuals battling against a system that fails to understand or address their needs adequately.
We also take this opportunity to extend a helping hand to Sacha. Struggling to find the necessary therapy and support outside the NHS, which does not provide the specific care she requires, Sacha has set up a fundraiser. This fund aims to cover the costs of the therapy that can help her heal and hopefully reunite her with her children.
Your contribution can make a significant difference in Sacha's life and support her journey towards healing and justice. Please consider donating to her fundraiser and sharing this episode to raise awareness about her story.

This is heartbreaking. Sacha asked for help & support and health & children’s services failed her & her children. Awful

Thank you so much for being vulnerable and sharing your story. I'm praying that you can find healing and restoration.
I really understand your situation. Throughout my social care involvement I've truly realised how unfair and inhumane this system is. It strips you of everything. You can't get help from this system it always turns on you. Its difficult to know what to do or who to speak to.
I would love to get into contact with you, even just for prayers! Stay blessed

What a true fighter you are sasha and I am so sorry that your story is as sad as it is. Yes adoption is a massive business unfortunately. I wish you well and hope you are reunited with your babies very soon

    Sasha, darling
    You are amazing
    Don’t ever doubt yourself
    Please , don’t give up
You are right : this is a very lucrative business: taking children off their mothers - adoption, fostering, god knows...
All you needed was just a bit of sympathy but these monsters could not even offer you a minute to be heard and believed

You went through some much, it upsets me that they in my opinion purposely diagnosed you wrong. All i felt you needed was time with a bit of love and help. I wish your friends or family could have helped you although I don’t know if they were an option. I hope you can your children back, that will definitely alleviate some of your stress. You were a good parent going through a difficult situation so the people who couldn’t see that are evil and only wanted to harm you and your children. Keep fighting and know you did and are doing your best.

I disagree about The Autonomy Hotline - Nicky is a charlatan and egotistical. The volunteers there are appalling gossips too and told lies about me when I was offered help. When I no longer desired their input Ms. Adolphe tried to coerce me to continue and threatened to report me to social services. They are scum. There needs to be an organisation that can provide legal advice which The Autonomy Hotline can not.
