Am a survive of narasist abuse I couldn't understand wat who or why someone would see me in all this pain an continue to hurt me like this I found one video on narasist an I continued to educate my self on this abuse only to find out I was dealing with bigger than I taught I was dealing with a narasist an they consume me with all there toxic trates am healing an also called on the most high Jehovah who continue to heal me today I won't want any one to go through this narasist abuse is real an you need to get out that the only way you can start healing run don't look back

Phoenix rising here. I'm so glad they picked me to be the scapegoat - because in the end, I got away and am as free as a bird now - while my siblings are still brainwashed and doing my narcissistic mother's bidding while waiting for payday to arrive. She'll probably outlast them all! Hah!

Positive Energy > Absorb when people mock, ridicule, and laugh at you.
Negative Energy > Absorb when people get angry, curse at you, and want to get violent.
Neutral Energy > Absorb when people ignore you and shun you.
Self Energy > Absorb along with positive, negative, or neutral energies when those 3 is not enough. Self energy comes from you.

It frustrates me when people compare this to the Phoenix. It's almost like saying the ends justifies the means, which it really does not. I do not and will never believe in Problem-Reaction-Solution techniques. It's unjustifiable. Other than that, this was another good video and I appreciate your work.
