Good luck with that these days. Doctors backed up weeks and weeks in advance. But I have to say, my PCP didn't seem too overly concerned about it. And insurance is one great big butt F%#K about the whole thing.
I just sent my Colo Guard to the lab.If it's positive i'm gonna head strait to Europe for the colonoscopy.Here,even with insurance my cost will be over 2,000 $.There i can get it for 100 $.The trip is planed any way.

My fit test came back positive, my Primary referred me immediately to a GI doctor, who in turn had me scheduled five days later. Enough time to do my prep. This 3-6 months is a form of mental agony that is uncalled for. Glad I don't live in Calf.
I waited 2 1/2 years for my colonoscopy
My Cologuard screening came back positive, and my doctor said I need a GI consult rather than scheduling a colonoscopy right away. I have to wait 2 months just for the consult, and I don’t know how long for the scope. The waiting really is agonizing
@@INFJason Took me 2 1/2 years to get a colonoscopy. ANd he still hasnt called me aboout the biopsy results been 2 months for that
@@truthhurts5158 Hopefully your biopsy is negative since he didn’t call you right away. Good luck! The waiting is brutal.
@@INFJason Oh he scared me to death, Said he wanted to see me in 6 months for another one. Which would be May, all of a sudden I get a letter for a colonoscoy at end of January, Om god what did he find. Phoned to confirm my appointment. She phones me back and goes OOPS she double booked me. Cancel Janurary not till May
I have been referred but nothing was said about my stool test.
