Two tricks to installing these than makes it a LOT easier! First, put two lengths of threaded rod in the top of your outside trim, it gives you something to hang the device while you line up everything, when you're done, remove them ONE AT A TIME and install the screws. Second, if you don't have the tailpiece guides, you can push the tailpiece through a strip of tape to keep it in place while you put the device on the door. Work smarter, NOT HARDER!
