This young lady has a voice that is a gift from heaven. She can literally sing anything and make it sound extraordinary. There is a smoothness and a clear, crisp sound that takes her to another level. It is soothing and so easy to listen to. On top of that she is gorgeous and those blue eyes put a spell on you when you watch...like she is singing directly to you personally. This is a rare gift. You can feel the emotion in her singing, not many artists can do that.

Great review of a great cover. Loved Etta's original, but Lucy pays homage to it very well. By the way, if you like smoky scratchy voices, you must check out Paolo Nutini's 'Iron Sky'.
As Bruce Lee once said 'Be water my friend', meaning when you spoor water into a pot, it becomes the pot, poor water into glass it becomes the glass. When Lucy sings, she becomes the song, she sings the song with all her heart and soul, she sings with clarity, smooth control, a beautiful softness, and breath control, she checks all the boxes. When Lucy sings 'At Last', she puts what Etta James put into it, even though Lucy puts her own spin on the song she becomes Etta James.
This song is At Last, Lucy deed this Etta James cover so beautifully perform, she brilliantly cover this song and should be on the Wonderful World of Disney or in the London West End.

Wow great review. What to add here about Lucy. She is always pitch perfect, clear, concise, with a beautiful voice. I think the next pick from her 60 plus recorded songs could be a Barbra Streisand cover “The Way We Were” or her most popular “Hallelujah” to Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You”. I like the cover of fellow Englishman of hers Lewis Capaldi “Someone You Loved” and Snow Patrol’s “Run”. Hell there’s just to many.
I will not listen to another female vocialist since ive heard lucy!
She's good, but i felt she should have sung it in a higher key.
