'Drea pumps herself up with some Linkin Park to warm up before exercising a Hybrid Theory of her own and adjusting her grip to hit multiple muscle groups with the same exercise. 😎 Watch and learn as she not only demonstrates technique but also explains the principles of WHY she tackles her workouts a certain way. 💭 BOTTOM LINE: Control the weights, don’t let them control you.

I am from Detroit, this young lady gets me emotional, especially, when she’s in the powerhouse gym at Highland Park, I used to train there, I knew Norman Dabish, and I know Will Dabish, and Ron love, and I know, Linda Murray, and of course John Simmons, yes, I remember when they were all training up there, wow, this young lady really gets me in my feelings, Andrea, Shaw, you one baby girl 1:07

I love that gym, but they have crappy hours. It would be crazy for Andrea to get near Lenda or Iris, because that would make Michigan home to like 25 or 30 Ms. Olympia championships.
