Figure to Bodybuilding: The Evolution of Ms. Olympia Andrea Shaw

- Andrea Shaw is best known in the sport of bodybuilding as the reigning Ms. Olympia. Shaw became the champion after the return of the legendary contest at the 2020 Olympia in Orlando, Florida. Her physique is considered the standard in the Women’s Bodybuilding division, and she has plans on retaining that position in the future as well.
Shaw shared a retrospective of her career as the featured guest on this week’s episode of “The Menace Podcast” with bodybuilding legend Dennis James. She told James that after learning how to train from her mother, her competitive career actually started in the Figure division. She placed third in her first and second shows. She then decided to take a break because of something she observed when competing.

Dennis summed it up best at the end, the sport of FBB couldn't have found a better representative than Andrea. She genuine, eloquent, and her charisma is off-the-charts. If there is one athlete who can take the sport to the mainstream, it's her!
I must say I just discover woman’s bodybuilding because of Andrea Shaw. I’m not going to say the obvious the body is beyond belief in beauty, but her heart and personality is the intangible that truly makes her special. She is kind and gracious and a true representation of great champion. I watch, read and consume everything I can about her. Can’t get enough. The rising Phoenix disrespected Iris and asked her a 10 time Ms O to qualify, she really wanted to compete and looked phenomenal back as she was ready to comeback, they did her dirty to keep her out.
That should have given Iris even more fuel and incentive to compete! Shut down the naysayers and haters by dominating. Instead she acted like a whiny child. I guess in the end, if they wanted to “keep her out”, they got what they wanted. Too much self entitlement in 2021. It’s sad.

A little constructive criticism you should have more pictures of Shaw and plus the women that she's talking about because there are people that don't know who these women are She's saying such good things about them I would love to have visuals to know what they look like like me I have no clue who they are but this lady is gorgeous
