Yet another great video Debo!
That 5 pounder had me nervous for a moment, I thought I was not going to see the Debo Dink line up.
I know! I didn't want to tarnish my reputation so I promptly went dink hunting 🤣👊
Who else likes before they watch it? 🙌🏻🔥🔥💪🏻💪🏻👊🏻👊🏻
I always like Debo's videos. He is my favorite to watch. He teaches but also keeps it interesting and comes across like one of us! :-)
isn't that a bit like signing a contract without reading it?
All of them except the hook removal from my thumb or his leg
@@dizzlesfeeshin8966 Lol. I hung up both my thumbs on the same treble not long ago, that was an interesting experience. Had to go to the Emergency dept at the local hospital where all the staff had a great laugh at my expense. I literally could not move my hands apart and both points were in to the bend.
squib 31
Yep it’s as if we are fishing right there with him
Good channel
Awesome .. your off the shore line .. next up a nitro boat & 150 horse .. keep up the success 😎😎
If I had the money I'd get one. Would love to go fishing with folks. Thanks for watching man 👊
Awesome! Man, I anticipate almost every time you hook up! Haha. Good stuff! 👍🏼👊🏼🎣
Thanks man! I hope it's fun to watch 👊👊👊
Debo.......catching 5lb'ers and sytling the best socks.............Im going to pick up some of those 10 inch worms for sure. Cheers for sharing mate :-)
Those worms get smashed! Good luck my friend 👊
What!? Debo has a boat? Debo has left us bank anglers by the wayside. Lol
I'm just here on the bank watchin the boats go by dreamin lol
Go buy a decent kayak for around 400. You wont regret it
I would NEVER leave my bank guys behind. I'm a bank fisherman at heart👊👊👊
fishing out of a kayak is a game changer !
@@DEBOSFishing I was kidding man lol my pops has a boat and I get to use it every now and then but the parts of the river I fish 3-4 times a week I can cast across to the other side or wade in the water no problem so a boat or kayak isn't necessary✊
man everytime you yank that rod my heart starts pounding.Worth spilling my coffee on that first catch you got. Love that birds chirping in the background
Lovin' your vids, DEBO!
At about 7:00, I can't tell if you're saying "square-bill" or "squirble". Either way works for me. 🌞
Fish on, brother!
Squrrr bulll... dunno I think I picked it up from my man Randy 🤣👊
I like Debo on the De-Boat. Happy dinkin.
The DEBOat came through strong for me! Thanks for watching man 👊
Awesome video Debo! keep them coming. Just wanted to say thank you to you, and your great video tutorials. Last weekend i personally had my best day fishing using the things i've learned from your channel nothing crazy big, but when your just getting back into fishing with no confidence catching anything is great. so thank you! and tight lines my friend.
That means the world to me man. I'm happy to share what I know with others. I'm no pro but I do what I can to help the community! 👊👊👊👊👊
That first fish ain't no dink!!! Well done, DEBO.
I know....my reputation as mayor of dinkville is in jeopardy 🤣
I love to watch all of your videos. You are such a great youtuber and you teach me so much about bass fishing!
First off... R.I.P. DIO.... We love and miss you, you are the Rainbow in the Dark....🤘. Secondly great catch first thing on the morning. Thirdly I think a jonnie is all you need to get the job done....cuase most of can't afford them fancy Bass boats. Great video brother...froggin is the Best. Can't wait for the next one. ✌️
I agree with everything you've stated above man! I'll try to keep the vids coming. Thanks for watching 👊👊👊
Today before lunch I went and picked up two bags of Zoom Ol Monster 10.5” Gooseberry and Clark Hill Craw because of this video!
That first fish was awesome dude plus listening to a little Dio always helps get in a fishing mood
The Deboat works! It found a 5 pounder. Congrats on that AND on your good lookin’ legs seen just after the release of that fish! It must be leg day.
Yeah, that 5lber was a nice surprise! Haha I don't mind leg day. I'm all legs though. 6'1" 🤣👊

That old monster has been money this year. Hah! All you have to do is ask and you got em brother 👊
Gettin’ some boat action! Great vid Debo!
Yeah, good to explore off shore some days!
I love your respect for the fish, assuring the catch and release is followed. I always make sure they swim off when lowered into the water, you do the same. Keep up the good work.
Thanks man. I don't ever keep bass unless instructed. I want those biggins to be around for years to come!
one of my friend got a baitcaster ant thought he was not spooling it on correctly but with your tips i was able to dial it in and teach him how to get backlashes out thx for the tips and your frog fishing vids are always the best
That's freaking awesome to hear man! Glad you could help him out! Appreciate you fellas watching 👊👊👊
Getting my first boat was a game-changer for my fishing options!
Definitely allows you to hit more spots! Thanks for watching man!
Been looking for a Jon Boat but already have my Kayak and love it. I like bank fishing but have more luck when I can get away from the crowds and to those hard to reach places.
My problem is that even though I have 3 local small lakes, they are not really lakes. They are just reservoirs and so lack natural elements like submerged logs and lili pads. Not even any trees close to the warter. Plus they are highly pressured.
I can still catch them, but it's always a grind and I love that I can still land a few when everyone else gives up.
Great Videos! Keep up the good work!
Yeah, boats are great for hitting those spots others can't get to!
Great video man, love the worm action
Thanks for sharing Sir✌
Boat flipping 5’s rite off the get go. Way to get’em. Nice to see you out on the boat. Good for a change up every now and then. 🤙🏻
Yeah, the boat definitely changes the game. Wish my schedule allowed for it more! Thanks for watching 👊👊👊
Great video Debo!

Thanks man! The job boat gets me off shore so I'm thankful to have it!
Now that's a great day of fishing. I miss fishing & don't know when I'll be able to get back out there to throw some plastics. Keep up the good work Debo

Nice bucket to start the day. I nice day of fishing.
Yessir! It was a welcome surprise!
Great video looks like you had a blast Brother
It was an amazing day man! Thanks for watching 👊👊👊
I use the same worms as well. Sometimes I dip the tail in garlic bate spike. It helps when it's really tough.

Congrats on the jon boat
Thanks man. Just an old boat that we've had forever.
Watched you catch that 5lber 3 times Debo! Nice to see ya on the water too!
I watched it several times in the editing process. Frogging is so dang fun!
Awesome! Didn’t even know you had a boat...
Thanks man. Yessir, just hadn't had time to get it out until the past few weeks.
D got 5 on it!
Nice toad, brother!
Just bought a 14’ jon boat, but I’m putting some modifications on it before I take it out on its maiden voyage. They’re perfect for sneaking up on ‘em and getting off in that skinny water.
Keep up the great work👊🏻😎
I got 5 On it! 🤣 Yeah, getting off of the bank can be a big advantage!
I love to watch your videos.
Appreciate that a lot man. Thanks for supporting the channel 👊👊👊
Nice fish Debo 👊🏻
Thank you good sir!
awesome footage brother!
Thanks man. Nothing compared to those toads you catch though 👊
I like the Culprit worm in mocassin. Enjoyed the boat video a bunch! I hope to get myself a bateau like that in the months ahead. I just need a place to keep it. :-)
Nice! Yeah, a little boat like this is versatile and gets the job done!
The homie! Liked it before I even watched it
Appreciate you having my back man!
@@DEBOSFishing u know it bro
Nice bro!
Thanks man. 👊
Good times! I need to get my jon boat ready for the water!!
Heck yeah! Get that baby sea worthy and get it wet!
@@DEBOSFishing I got it for Christmas as a project boat. No motor or seats or anything and have been unemployed for a few months so it's been collecting rain water. Back at work now so hopefully by fall it will be on the water.
@@LukeBarnes5150 good luck! A lot of work but it will be all woth it when you land a fish from it.
@@DEBOSFishing I totally agree Debo!! Whether it's a Debo dink or a 5 pounder, its welcome on my boat!
Awesome video Debo keep it up. Need to try an do a review on the googan baits sometime
I've had a bunch of folks ask about them. I haven't tried any but they look good!
That second fish got its face ripped off..... that hook set was no joke lol great video man.
Never know when it's going to be a 10lber 🤣 Thabks for watching man 👊👊👊
Never know when it's going to be a 10lber 🤣 Thabks for watching man 👊👊👊
another banger , keep it up fam
I'm trying to keep them rolling man 👊
Hey debo awesome video, I just caught my first summer fish( about 9 inches ) on a 10 inch worm. Then ten min later a 3 pounder and today another 2.5 pounder.
Nice! Keep on catching them man. Thanks for watching 👊
It's tough here in florida with the rain and heat.
I've got some big ol' 10 inch worms that I've never caught anything on. This makes me wanna rig one up and give it another go.
Perfect to toss during these warm summer months!
Boat flippin 5 lbders lmao👊👊👊love it bro
Living on the edge in my little deBOAT 🤣👊
awesome!
😉👊👊👊
Thumbs up for Dio. YOUVE BEEN DOWN TOO LONG AT THE MIDNIGHT SEA!
Hell yea brother! I was hammering some yesterday afternoon! Nothing less than a 2! Oh wait... Last one was like 1.5...🤷🏼♂️
Dang! Thanks for the invitation! 🤣 Good to hear you got on some good fish man!
Hey DEBO Another fine video there bud. It seems you have the bassin down to a tee, but I think that with your stylishly dressed threads you wear you must be a ace on the shuffle board court when vacationing in Florida! 😂🤣😂
Haha an old shirt and cargo shorts? I'd be shot if I walked onto a shuffleboard court. Now table shuffleboard is a different story. LOVE playing that at the bar!
Looks like a 12 (ft )32 (inch wide) You can stand in it but you gotta have good sea legs. The higher the center of gravity the more the boat rocks. If you are going to buy a boat to throw in the back of a truck a 12 32 or 12 36 would be ideal. The 36 is much better for balance and has a considerable higher max load, the 32 struggles with 2 adults and gear. The 14 36 or 14 42 would be the next sizes up. You can put a 1436 in the back of a truck but I would recommend an 8ft bed. The 14 42 is to wide to fit between wheel wells and at that point the boat is a chore to move even with 2 people so trailering it would be the way to go. If you do trailer a boat it gives you the advantage of being able to add a floor and customize the boat now you don't have to worry about weight. As for a trolling motor I run a 55 lb on my 12 32 and it runs good. I would suggest getting a decent deep cycle battery so if you have power for a longer time. I have 3 Jon boats and 4 layout boats/ kayaks, it's like a disease. Again if you know exactly what you need another season or 2 before you can swing it I would recommend waiting and getting what you want instead of settling. In the end you will buy what you originaly wanted anyway.
@@rustyshacklfur4705 I would definitely take a large Jon boat and turn it into a bass boat. I've been looking around for something bigger!
Nice 5# fish Debo
Love me some yozuri hybrid. I use the 12lb though. I’ve had no problems pulling bass through nasty mats with it.
It has a bit of memory to it but I've been happy with it. Cheap too!
Waiting for the fish that lands on that battery! Shocking!
Hahahahahhahahahhaahahah love it! Corny dad jokes...I'm always in!
Holy Diver!!
You've been down too long in the midnight sea! RIP Dio👊
Debo next time you are topwater fishing try throwing the Strike King Rage Shad and let us know what you think about that bait.
Debo nice vid. Lots of dinks but Midwest 5lber makes the day worth it
I'll take a day like that anytime!👊👊👊
Love the zoom in for those topwater blowup , without it, most topwater blowup are a bit hard to see on video
Yeah, I think it helps too! Thanks for watching man 👊
Debo, whatcha doing getting a 5er straight off the bat like that? Good to see you back into the dinks and taking things seriously later on in the day. Great video and some awesome fishing.
Yeah, I didn't want to spoil the day with big fish 🤣👊
Try the ole monster in chêrry seed color. It is best secret out thêre. Matches crawdad claw colors. I could not understand why I caught bass on this color more than others. Then one day a crawfish decided to clamp onto my worm. Sure enough, a perfect color match!
Ohhhh! I'll have to check that color out! Thanks for the suggestion!
I have a small boat that gets me off the water. I still only manage to catch maybe 5 fish in a 3-4 hour outing. Last time I went, skunked in 3.5 hours. Struggle is real, love fishing but not good at it lol
I'm no pro either man. Just gotta keep grinding and trying to improve little by little. Time on the water is the most important!
Nice fish debo!
Thank you sir👊
@@DEBOSFishing yo I'm goin to bass pro in the morning in san Antonio!! Anything new I should check out?! Lol
@@bdaquatics7584 looks like I'm late on this. Did you get anything cool?
@@DEBOSFishing I got a shimano exage spinning rod to pair with my shimano nexave 2500 reel!! I also got so live tartget squarebills and 6 in sticko that you recommended! I got the rod almost half the price so I had to get it lol
@@bdaquatics7584 nice! I keep an eye out for good deals like that too! Good luck on the water 👊
“Find wood, pitch to wo”......well, you know the rest 😂😂😂
Hahahah I've burned that into people's minds 🤣🤣🤣👊
5 pounder to start the day? Nice.
You should do a video on reels via hand size I have generally smaller hands and I’m newer to baitcasers but I want to know what I should go for budget isn’t an issue yet I want something that will fit the hand properly. You have a ton of baitcasters so I’m curious if you have a larger hand which ones make you feel if you are wrapping that index finger around and so fourth. Thanks great videos btw!!! 😌😌
The SLX has a small frame and it's a killer reel at $100. A lot of the lews LFS style reels are small too. That tatula 100 on the cranking rod I used is also small.
DEBO'S Fishing awesome thanks man! Your videos are great so keep them coming also I think it’s great that you actually reach out and talk to your fans means a lot! I hope to chat more in the future for more advise if need be. Keep feeshin!
@@dominicocarapella5061 I'm happy to interact with the folks who support. I'm just a guy like you who enjoys fishing!👊
Poppin perch is no joke
It really isn't. I thought it looked silly and had no confidence in it. It has been my best producing frog (or perch) this year!
Like a rainbow in the dark
Awesome video Debo!! Nice watching those blowups in the beginning. Did you get your Poppin Perch back from that snapper😁🐢?
It's always fun to start with a chunk on topwater . No, I HAD two popping perch. Now I'm down to zero....more on that in another vid 🤣👊
Review the Shakespeare excursion casting rod please Debo I cant find a decent review of it on all of CZcams
I've got the spinning version. It's a great rod for the price. Had it over a year and no problems with it yet. Not as sensitive as some of my more expensive rods but for 20 bucks, you can't go wrong.
I'll have to check that out! If I find a deal on one, I'll pick it up!
Atta boy! Ps there is now way we could go out in that boat, unless it’s a... how quick can Debo or Dizzle go overboard
Are you the rand-dizzle of the famous jig bite rand-dizzle?
roland villanueva yes sir
Hahah yeah, I told you it's sketchy man. Might make for a quick trip with the both of us in it 🤣👊
I really want a boat but it will ruin bank fishing for me entirely I am sure. Being on the Mississippi getting out in a boat can definitely get you into more fish. It can open you up to fishing for other things like Walleye and Musky as well so I am looking forward to eventually getting one.
The boat definitely let's you get to aot more places. It's a good option to have!
That 5lb was nice. Can you give any info about your boat(size, brand, motor, etc) I’m looking for a pond hopper boat like that but I like to stand when I fish. How does your feel when standing in it. Thanks
Thanks man, it was a fun first catch. It's just an old 11' Jon boat. Had it since I was a kid now I'm fishing out of it on my own. Pretty funny actually. I have a 45lb (I think) minn kota trolling motor on it.
Boats are worth the trouble and the cost is not that much if you keep it simple. Besides it makes any pond you fished from bank a completely new fishing experience. Once you get a good system sliding that boat into any pond is easy peasy. I have one question; how many rods does it take for you to feel you have all bases covered. When I fished from the bank all I thought about was if I only had a boat. You can take a cooler, food, drinks lots of tackle and rods sit or stand in comfort. There is no place out of casting reach. You know if you catch a five pounder, the heat is off. You are better off fishing for Bluegills or Crappies and just having a good time because big bass do not come in schools very often. If you find a load, of Bluegills in a pond, them there, Bluegill eaters are close by and that ain’t no lie. I can’t help being silly, cause I am so dam go at it.
Truth! The boat allows you to get to any spot you want. You can really search for all the high percentage spots. I just pre-rig combos and go. I like choices. 7 or so combos on the boat. Yeah, the biggins are scare for me 🤣👊
@@DEBOSFishing There is a lot of pressure to make You-Tube videos that pull more views. However, fishing for Crappies and Bluegill is something pond and bank anglers do very often. There plenty of fishing videos filmed on private pay lakes and they fail to mention the fact. You have a great channel and if you chose to make videos on different types of fishing, it likely will bring plenty of new subscriptions as well. I can only imagine the work it takes to do everything yourself just to make one video. No one gets everything perfect every time. However, you make good videos with interesting content. Some are the best informational videos I ever watched. I believe you will only improve as time goes on. I loved the snapping turtle one. They move a lot faster than people think a turtle could move, don’t they. All you need to do is be yourself.
@@gizmocarr3093 I appreciate that man. I'm me and that's all I'll ever be. Bass fishing is my passion but I do like targeting panfish too. I found my favorite lure from back in the day, just haven't had time to go for almost two weeks now😥 I appreciate the kind words man. It is a ton of work but it's a lot of fun. The fact that I'm helping folks is very motivating 👊👊👊
Debo do you like bank fishing or boat fishing better or does it matter to you and again thanks for the video
I like both. I've done both all my life so it just depends. I like bank fishing because you can go, fish, then just hop in your car and go. Boat fishing takes prep, loading, unloading, etc.
Is that hickory hills? If so I went kayaking there a few weeks ago and didn't have any luck.
Hick has definitely been slow man!
Nice videos man. What weight are throwing on that rig?
Thanks man. 1/4 oz beast coast tungsten.
And I remember you got the limited edition pro qualifier the same time I did. Have you found your drag to be very weak? They claim 10 pounds but I barely get 5
The drag seems fine on mine. I do notice that it's not as smooth now though.
Debo, do you use straight braid when froggin? I’ve been trying to use more frogs lately but I’ve had only a couple blowups. Should I use a leader?
Yes! Straight braid is the way to go. Especially on those long casts you don't want any give. What type of frog are you using?
DEBO'S Fishing well as of right now just a couple walking frogs (all white & green/chartreuse), and a popping frog also green/chartreuse. All made by Lunkerhunt. I have not yet tried the popper frog though.
How big is your boat?
Awesome Video!!!
It's not the size that matters it's...err sorry. 11' I believe 🤣👊
I wish they would go back to making the old soft but not hollow frog's can still find the popper frog like that but not the grass frog
Hmmm, guess I don't remember those?
I was late fishing today and 3rd cast i caught a tank on the whopper plopper loon
Nice! The plopper is definitely a producer!
@@DEBOSFishing for sure broski.. Keep the debo dinks coming man! Fish on!
Debo what’s up with the boat 🚣♀️ when and where did you get it explain yourself 🎣👍🏽
I've had it since I was a kid. I just don't get enough time to take it out. It's fun to get off the bank.
Debo’s,
What brand scale are you using and do you like it. I have been using a Boga Grip scale and want to get real accurate with a digital scale. So I can get a true weight on the dinks I have been catching lately.
I use a rapala scale I got. It's accurate and battery lasts a long time. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it gets bumped in the bag and goes over to KG. It's a pain to change sometimes. That's the one thing I don't like.
Like a rainbow in the dark lol
Debo what size hook do you have on the 10' worm
5/0 EWG I believe.
Nice video bro...do you y
Use Shimano slx DC? Or slx hg.. nice and smooth every cast love it...😄
No but I want to try both of them. Really thinking about picking up the SLX DC!
@@DEBOSFishing wow...ya ya make a video about slx dc bro.. ASAP.. hahaga i cant wait for that video
