I think the Vaulting method is the way to go, they can save a ton of gigs for the game by vaultin a 2-3 year old cod integration
Unless cod 2025 is a bo2 remake instead of a sequal(I'm guessing remake bc of that one interview but who knows) I don't see them resetting wz just yet they'll probably do that after 2025 that'll let iw update their servers, anticheat so on

I honestly just want WZ1 back. I personally think that almost every aspect was better, and its also very nostalgic for me. It would be quite hard with all the content, but i think having all that content is still better than a reset in my opinion.
Nostalgia wears off quickly. Look at everyone crying for the Kar98 to return and now they all want it nerfed.
@lj5190 Well, for me it doesn't. And I'm not only taking into account the weapons, I also want the engine, graphics, gunplay, skins, gritty-ness, and overall feeling. When they bring back an old weapon, it doesn't hype me up much, because the overall game still isn't that good.

Yeah the operators skins and the finisher if we keep thats good for me and they take away all guns, stickers, emblems, charms screens. Just leave the Operators and the Finishers.......

The best thing about warzone 1 at the end of its lifecycle you could use MW, CW and Vanguard guns and still compete. Warzone 3 just 2 meta guns and all the MWII weapons don't even compete

Yeah over 120 guns and only 6 of them are even usable, and forget it if you want to use anything from MWII, theyre straight up useless.
It's all that damn shake when u shoot them. It's terrible. Even on the amp for the Kastov and m16.

With each update it feels like more bugs are introduced rather than fixed
I've had this list for over 6 months and none of it has been fixed
😡 to “ -Interrogation bug
-No auto refill on paid equipment
-paid content becomes unexpectedly locked with no mention of fixes
-The cheating with no Kernal level driver
-friends are being muted for no reason
-servers are trash
-no refresh on tac sprint while sliding
-when I quit a game I get a prompt for 3 min asking me "wanna rejoin" only click no and be asked again and again,
-when you want to join a warzone game back, it won't let you unless you're a paid member on the platform.

-a very odd aiming system that no one asked for that should be in games like rainbow 6 or battlefield (when I aim even when jumping is where my bullets should go....this is a video game..no a war simulator.
-the price of loadout is still too high 10k max for quads.
-get the riot shield out of the game.
-i don't know if it's a frame per second issue or what..but "dead sliding" needs to be looked into as well ”

I still find it funny how cod is basically running by store bundles and how the meta shifts especially cause of new games added to Wz. At this point these new games should be half the price of what they are if they wanna shove all these goofy ass store bundles in our faces, or cut the price of every bundle if they want our money. Instead of cutting the price of only a few picked bundles. Cause that was stupid asf how they still let that mistake run by like nothing happened, when the Godzilla x Kong bundles were in the store, for a pointless glove…and especially that gassed up bundle for the wsp weapons. They are really desperate for money.
Yes their are very true. And have the gay flags and junk we don't care about gay people or we don't support it. They want throw in people face..we all don't have to spend a dime on this game and then store start 30 buck for bundle is nuts stuff are junk they can't fix it. I want to use my hemlock and minibak. I hate that the old guns are so bad. So annoying that the new guns are the only good ones so they can sell bundles. It’s so aggravating

It's a no-brainer to have a big map rotation of verdansk,caldera,al mazrah,urzikstan at least a 3 hours rotation of each map. For example, have verdansk and al mazrah be the maps in rotation, then the next day, it's caldera and urzikstan. Activision fumbling hard
They took ashika, that was a good map and leave us the shit vondel....

The perfect solution (its too late now but…) would have been to keep Warzone 1 alive and continuously update it with new seasons and map rotations (pretty much turn it into an apex like br). They would recieve no complaints from the people who bought cosmetics, and would make even more money since people would still be buying Warzone 1 items. And if people didnt like the new warzone/br that they come out with, they would always have this backup option rather than straight up quitting call of duty.
It’s been exhausting trying to keep up with all the buffs and nerfs among 800 attachments
I wish they would fix the broadside amp parts muzzle. Its not really great. But it does hit hard especially to the head. Lack of muzzle though makes it completely unusable in wz. I can still compete in mp with it

I never understood why they dont just swap in and out the different guns. There are clearly guns that just aren’t used, take those out rework them for later dates and switch them out each season or reload
When I want action packed gameplay I play resurgence and when I want to chill like a sloth I play dmz so I hope that whatever they do they don't remove dmz.
Completely, challenges in warzone should not be about unlocking guns,attachments,lethals, or tacticals . It should be about unlocking operators and operators' skins and weapons blueprints. Activision fumbling hard

Unpopular opinion, but I would just do a complete wipe of everything ingame.
It just gets worse every new edition of warzone, maturing is realizing warzone 2 was better than warzone 3 in the aspect of matchmaking, servers, less bugs and the anticheat actually working against rage cheaters. (except for the joke that was the shadow ban system banning legit players)

I’ve been saying since Verdansk that Warzone should be its own entity with its own team working on it. Keep it separate and do their own seasons and content. Shouldn’t integrate with MP at all. That way it will be easier to manage and it can get fresh new updates more frequently. Fortnite is the blueprint. They should just copy that.

Every time I come back to this game I just ask myself why. Dropped into some rebirth and every single person is using the k98 with that broken new SMG.
Getting rid of loadouts and making people use ground loot would make this game amazing. Actually bring a skill gap to the game and see people having to adapt their game because they can’t take the same broken guns within 30 seconds of landing every single time.
By the way dude weirdly all my lobbies where 0% packet loss all night. Running very smooth but they felt very off, like weird.
They should either reset WZ again with BO6, or bring WZ1 back from the dead.

Im a small streamer and one thing that is upsetting is that its been hard to grow my channel and meet new people since find a party got bugged. This is a billion dollar IP. Great vid Immortal this is why i dont buy bundles in general you are basically renting these skins…pointless
They should do a era specific weapon playlist. Rotate between using only black ops weapons, only using mw weapons etc
the largest mistake they have made is cutting DMZ for this year, if they somehow miss the memo, and do not revive it with BO6, they are missing a HUGE part of the FPS market. last year there were more people play DMZ at many points, and there are currently more people playing DMZ than zombies. i really hope they see these numbers, and give the people what they want. BR is great, and a great time. that said, it's fun to kick back with the boys and chase down tasks, with organic pvp coming into play at random intervals.

Can we take some time to talk about the resurgence ranked play SBMM state? Currently stuck on Diamond 1 because most of my lobbies has a team full of Crimson 1-Iridescent 1 ranks wiping the entire lobby before we even get to the final circle and getting easy SR

When I speak to people who mostly quit Warzone with al mazra they were mostly mad about the fact they paid money for things and it got deleted

But before the MW2019 era/warzone, didn't items purchased in one game go away when the new game came out? How often do people actually go back and play older titles? I think they should get rid of all the older weapons, calling cards, camos. But keep the operators.
After all the updates with Warzone 2, I’m loving the game right now and been having fun for the past 2 seasons. They do need to optimize all guns so it won’t be focused on meta.

I’ve been saying this since the start. Warzone was made as a pay to win Battle Royale. I’d rather play ground loot only, like a true BR.
But I would also like it if both studios took every other year and did Warzone and Blackout. This would give them time to focus and polish the game as well as make the game feel consistent. One thing I hated when Cold War dropped was you had one movement feel from Treyarch but Warzone felt different.
I like your idea on when a game reaches 3 years they could vault the stuff in warzone. Would help a lot with the bloat

This is exactly why I think they are going to progress to a two year cycle. Personally think it isn't a bad idea because by the time the next cycle hits the community will already be getting tired of the same guns/operators/map or maps they are playing on
What they need to do is Vault MW weapons during BO cycle and vise versa.
Personally I think they should vault all the weak/useless guns from previous call of duties and have all guns available for the new cods

The only way I fix the issues of servers and packet bursts is use the lan or Ethernet cable wire. DO NOT USE WIFI.

just generally soul sucking to touch cod as of late, so i just practice with vet bots in FFA private matches.
the bloat is actually INSANE. i honestly would have preferred BO6 to be a reset. there are WAY WAY WAY to many attachments that make no sense like you said in the video. i think if we can keep our skins then cool but tbf... we can just reset the guns and stuff and keep the operator skins
This problem can be fixed really easily and it's a shame Activision and raven software are clueless. All they have to do is just keep 1 previous cod thus cutting out the clutter. So when black ops is released just keep the weapons and operators deom mw3 , simples.

Either way the more advanced tech gets for gaming, graphics etc they will eventually have to move to another new engine especially once they FINALLY decide to stop supporting old gen xbox/ps which is really holding back the life cycle of this current engine

the server is down bad. cant even have a decent game these past 3 days. it always reset me back to level 1 evrytime i log in.

attachments need to be broken down into type, red dot, acog, etc. handstop, vert grip, horizontal grip, etc. weapons need to be broken down to category, then game, and so on. another thing that needs to be done is instead of adding another mp5 for black ops, is add it onto the lachman sub, putting a base bo6 and mw2 skin for the mp5, as well as the skins from both games. they also need to streamline operators into the main characters, and maybe a dozen or so on top of that, they can bring the same amount of skins, but stack them on top of the same 30 or so characters, fifteen on each side. this would streamline everything and cancel out so much of the bloat.
a further step past this is putting buyable content on a two year max timer, making blueprints unattainable after that. new games should not drop 30+ new weapons, and 5 per season. there should be 3-4 guns weapons per season, with 10-12 with each game, barring a large jump in time setting. there is no reason we need an xm4 and an m4, two m16s, etc. streamline this, stacking the bo6 and mw2 m16, m4, mp5, etx into a single gun, with a default skin for each setting. the last part of this streamline, is only bringing one or two new attachments per gun, so we are not sitting on 600 foregrips in two years, everything is still usable, and everyone is happy.

Each game should have 1-2 big maps and a few small resurgence maps and use it's own weapons and they just cycle the maps... Have a fuckin voting system like multiplayer even.
Your 2 videos today are on point. I couldn't agree with you more on how Meta is done and how to cycle through older content, but the problem is they never seem to align their views with "common sense " or what the community actually wants.

@RaVeJB pubg still has all the skins I purchased in it before warzone existed. They've never stopped releasing skins every season. I understand the weapons changing with the way warzone is setup, but $ is the only reason Activision removes access to content like operator skins we buy. We should still have all the operators we bought since warzone 1 imo. The game development excuse, "game is too bloated" doesn't really hold up for operator skins. They are just greedy.
