That Koala is probably the cutest bandit ever.
Who’s the new bloke helping James out? 🤔 seems to know his stuff.
Great content, love the focus on the Olympics and short course racing. Far too much is centred around Ironman and middle/long distance Triathlon so this is a breath of fresh air.
And NZ flys under the radar, with likely 3 men qualifying for the Olympics , with 2 being front pack swimmer and strong bikers, could be influencing how the race pans out at the start of the bike.
You’d think that the final qualifying races were further away from the Olympics so the athlete could peak, and then do a proper rebuild. The time between as it is now doesn’t seem long enough
LCB is missing from SF
I did go on to mention her, but this was clearly cut from the edit. In other words, I probably waffled too much 🤣
James said no one has raced the SF course as the T100. This is true, however several of the listed athletes have raced and/or won Escape From Alcatraz (some several times), so they have a leg up on everyone. There are only so many ways to augment the bike and run course in that part of SF, but the athletes who’ve done the race know the area is hilly and a fun obstacle course.
How could you miss that Lucy Charles-Barclay is not on the SF start list? 😂
I did go on to mention her, but this was clearly cut from the edit. In other words, I probably waffled too much 🤣
Congrats on the new baby! 🎉
Go Gwen
The overall leader of the women's T100 is missing from the startlist...😢

Gustav! 🇳🇴💪
Gwen has more than proven she the best choice. 7yrs of down time and look how quickly she's come back!!
When is Neumann going to race? Doesn't he have to race the rest of the races?
Isn't it pronounced Caliary, silent G 😎
Why can’t each country just get 3 slots per gender per sport for Olympics? Why do countries have to qualify for their country to go to the Olympics? It seems maybe unfair for countries w fewer resources/fewer local races etc to climb the rankings… Is it bc the start list would be too long if every country in the world had 3 contenders per gender per sport?
Looks like Setting up to reinjure a calf :/
Forget all the prognostication, there are only two women who have any shot in anyone's mind of winning gold. Knibb is a long shot, but real possibility, and Jorgensen is an all-or-nothing. Spivey, Rappaport, Zaferas, etc.al. are never going to win.
