Big fan of the pod. Just wanted to thank Allan for telling us his stories. They're really motivational, and moving because they are the truth. I really want to get into coaching on the side and I'm learning a lot rn. I'm finishing up my undergrad but this pod has given me the mindset to get out there and do more things. Hopefully after my last semester this year and covid restrictions calm down that I can go out and try things, just like Allan was talking about. You both are great and I'm so glad this pod is around. Adam is a great interviewer and Allan is a great story teller. Every new episode just makes me love the pod even more. Wish you both nothing but the best👊
When Allan told that story about his first meeting with his mentor I went back and watched it at least two more times. Gave me chills.

As an agent, can you outsource the legal function? Should a marketing person work with multiple agents to bring value to their clients or should they stick to one agent? Thanks! Looking forward to part 2.
Great episode! Having been to a game in Arizona when they came back from the lockout, I talked to some good solid hockey fans that knew a ton of stuff about their team. They could tell me about prospects coming and everything. I was impressed. But we're 25 years into this, we know there are fans, but there's no infrastructure or proper owners.
I would've liked to see them temporarily move to another city for 3 years instead. Houston or KC. They're more Central than West coast but still not bad for travel.

It’s not completely random. You need to put yourself out there. Once you do that, you will meet new people, situations will happen that cannot be predicted. You go from one meeting to the next, you network and build off it. There is no magic formula. So many people ask for the formula but never put themselves out there.
@@allanwalsh1487 yeah and once you do that, its all random luck - there are thousands of agents who didnt get as lucky as you did; dont bother saying that you didnt get lucky
@@Max_Coolman You make your luck. You need to put yourself in a position to get lucky by flying thousands of miles, driving thousands of miles, going to endless meetings and making upwards of 200 calls per day.

I'm assuming the Tempe proposal is pretty unreasonable. Because Coyotes ownership wants it to be rejected so they can move to Houston without resistance.

I'm not a coyotes fan but they must not like this issue, in my opinion if the team I'm a fan of was to be in this position I would not support the move to a school. Not to mention with everything going on in Chicago.
