POWERFUL EPISODE AND TOPIC DISCUSSION on How to balance it ALL!!! Everything was well said. Having and keeping Balance in Our lives is so very important. I was talking to someone not long ago telling them that I need to get a much better routine going that will be able to accommodate everything that is extremely important in which I know how to do because I have done it well enough before having my own family with everyone having their different schedules and different involvements as well as our involvements together. Having no organization and no life balance will have you all over the place and will have things running in a bit of a chaotic way. Prioritizing, Balancing, Organizing, Adding, Eliminating, Creating, and Building. is what I am doing now, well trying to get done, but not exactly in that order. I love busy (to be effectively busy) because it gives me energy strength motivation and encourages me to stay productive and to do more. I feel lost when I am not doing enough or when it is too slow paced, because it makes me feel like I am not doing enough or the things in which I am suppose to be doing. Since being back home with family and close friends from long ago, I have noticed that some peoples focus is a bit stuck back in time. I have been away living in another state for over 17 years and have experienced a lot of great things and people. I have experience elevation and growth through out my entire life in all areas of my life, in which we all should, but in this season of my life since the last 3 years especially my elevation and growth has been on my personal self and my spiritual walk more so than any other area of my life. In preparation for something that is way bigger than me and my own way of thinking doing speaking and life plans. I have temporarily returned home staying with my family (my dad and older sisters) before transitioning to Atlanta in which I am completely aware that I am going to have to make more balance adjustments for my life while being there because I will become a part of are on an even higher level and will continue to elevate even higher. Although I have had elevated life experiences, and have been in service in ministry as well as having the opportunity to effectively work with other organizations in helping to provide services serving others, but this will be in service on a higher level spiritually more so, which is why my spirit is so drawn. I have never returned to my parents home to live since getting married, but I am back here now temporary and everything feel so different for one without my mother being here and with me just being back here in this way. Although I love will forever greatly enjoy being around my family and close longtime friends, I am so very use to being on my own having my own and being in my own uniquely created custom tailor made space. I am completely aware that I have changed tremendously, and have noticed that some others may not have. I have always been a certain way, but I guess I have gotten more spoiled or something. Doing the same exact thing over and over and over again can bore bring a bit of frustration to or drain some of the excitement out of me easily, depending on what it is and especially if it is not producing anything great. Positive change, great impact and productivity is what I love to see and experience and is what we should see and experience if we are putting in the much needed ongoing work. Please send up a prayer for me because right now I am trying to navigate my once very organized life around a bit of chaos and disorganization. Especially with this newly given odd work schedule, although I get to work from home. But the social people person side of me prefers to be in direct person to person contact with people when working and serving instead of contact and communicating online, so I am getting use to working from home, because I will be able to now successfully conduct my own businesses from home as well whenever needed. We are on video camera at all times so I must look presentable and can't play around.. This is giving me the discipline and the kind of focus I may have needed setting me up for something greater bigger and more rewarding. A real job with great benefits working from home, so thankful to who God truly does know exactly what we need every step of the way. He gives us the ability, the knowledge and the understanding of learning and then knowing exactly how to strategize organize and add the value and balance that is needed to our lives. I have realized that I am starting over again from my parents house to another chapter in my life journey. God wrote my life story long ago, I am trying to catch up with it in seeing the manifestation of His story His view and plans for my life. It all will be made manifested in my life, so I know that I have to learn how to Balance it all even while surrounded by stagnation, doubt, and chaos. God is with me so I know that I can still create Balance while in the midst of anything. I have learned that I am indeed spoiled, love to have my way and love to have things my way, although I successfully raised 2 beautiful children, was once married and was not at all a selfish mother and nor was I a selfish wife. God knows what he is doing, so I shall not and have stopped questioning Him. I just now ask Him to please show me what you want me to learn from this that which I may see and may experience from where He has me at the time. And I thought it was my decision to quit my great paying dependable at the time job to be removed from any distraction or hinderances in order to seek and depend solely on God. Now distractions and hinderances come but can't now can not take my focus off of God and greatly established much more stable now more so than ever personal relationship that I have with Him. I am turning the heat up even more while in my time with God. It is pass time for me to have Total Balance without shutting God out completely or even just a little bit. No more giving other things my all and all such as my children always got the best of me, my husband got the best and the worst of me, others always may have gotten the best of me when I was available to give that, but I would give God some of my best but not all of and not enough. But now I will give Him what He wants. God wants ALL OF US, our complete selves. Either Hot or cold, a made up mind heart and spirit is what He wants. I am not perfect but am striving to become like JESUS Christ my Lord and Savior. With Gods help and guidance I will willingly get to that secret place dwelling fully in Him. And this will add Elevated Balance and Value to it ALL, making everyone and everything that is greatly important and is a vital part of our life journey satisfied, including self, not neglecting self. God will be Glorified and Very Well Pleased. Love Your show beautiful ladies, you both talk from experience, with wisdom knowledge and understanding. Life is about learning how to be successful in all areas of our lives. But we have to be opened to it. ( sorry that this is lengthy and I did not proofread so hopefully this makes sense, because if I go back in read this I will have edited several times in which right now I do not have time to make any changes and plus I will do nothing but add more to it. Lots of women are being helped, enlightened inspired changed and encouraged from your discussions. I have to keep myself together because I got some place to go, I want to go to Heaven, I'm going to go, to Heaven (lol, i had to sing Mary Mary's song). THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH LADIES FOR SHARING WHAT GOD GIVES YOU AS WELL AS YOUR LIFE EXPERIENCES. There are some extremely important things that we all can no doubt learn well from one another. God truly does have His Assigned Willing and Obedient Servants who have taken their Special Rightful Places. Yes God and Amen!!! TGBTG GOD BLESS

I totally agree ladies. At one point I had to do the same as Shameka mentioned. I work full time., I am a certified Personal Trainer as a side gig, married, home, involved in a few ministries at church, bible study and I am also in a Bible Institute., workout a few days a week… and investment… and more., Its definitely discipline. Initially a schedule worked for me., I now add it to my calendar with reminders.

How do you deal with challenges of dealing with difficult people /jealous people within the family and or close friends .. ?
This is amazing that you have this podcast with such great topics and conversations that people can relate to. What advice do you have for newlyweds who are coming into a blended family? And what advice would you give for keeping the blended family sustainable?I’m a newlywed and we have 2 kids each (all teenagers). It started off great with our kids, now there’s some tension in the house and it’s stressing me out. This whole blended family is all new to me.
This is a whole episode in itself lol I definitely feel you as I have a blended family myself and it’s definitely a journey and constantly changing with the seasons but I definitely think it would be a great topic to really speak on. Because it would be almost impossible Just put it on a text lol. -Leticia
