Great topic I have a friend who works 2 per diem jobs two different hospitals she has to work like 3 shifts a month I believe she makes really good money a hour because she doesn't have their benefits package and extra perks of being full-time she loves it does her 3 shifts a month has lots of free time to vacation, relax and be with her family luckily her husband carries their insurance and benefits 😊

I just came across your videos and subscribed. I can totally relate. I just quit a six figure job in the hospital in my career as a critical care RN and now I have 3 PRN jobs. Peace, attention to mental health, and controlling my own schedule is King.
What do you do with prn job? What's the specialties?
