What gets me is how does someone in such a industry with so many temptations to make certain moral compromise and letting go of holding onto core values and beliefs of his faith, remain so untarnished and uninfluenced by the mainstream media and disparaging commercialism. He really is a product of his own choices by following the personal convictions that help him motivate, encourage, and inspire others in such a selfless way. I wish we had more people like him in this business.

I just saw this. It made my day. I am in tears right now! I was in a job the was not going well. It was too technical, the owner/GM didn’t now how to run the company, didn’t know how to manage people, didn’t know how to motivate people, etc. I had no strength or motivation left in me. I hated going there in the morning and I constantly complained about it when I got home. My wife was not happy with me to say the least.
Another company gave me a break. We had a great interview, they really made me feel that they wanted me, needed me. The sent me the contract. I am so looking forward to it. My energy and positive feeling came flowing back into me. This video just hit like a freight train. This is so right. Thanks Terry Crews!!
