Crews confesses he's a big book guy who loves art, music, and design. The muscle-bound star of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Expendables, and Everybody Hates Chris throws in a quick plug for Berry Crews, his own line of yogurt.
The chest-flexing actor does show-and-tell with his incredible assortment of memorabilia: boxing gloves signed by Sugar Ray Robinson, a Harlem Globetrotters basketball, a custom-made Idiocracy movie poster created by Shepard Fairey, and his Lip Sync Battle championship belt among others.
Terry also shares his most influential inspirations and reveals the couch he designed, the bookshelf that turns into a bed, and the logo for his contemporary furniture collection company Amen & Amen.

I was fortunate enough to work on this high rise hideaway (epic view). Mr. & Mrs. Crews & the gentleman managing the renovation when they were away (4-5 yrs back) were some of the most likable, respectful, & charming clients I’ve worked with.
Thats cool because some people who enjoy showing their life off arent exactly the friendliest in the world.

Working in the high end design field in Los Angeles, I feel like I’ve come across the good, the bad, & definitely the ugly in regards to “celebrities” - whether that’s a title they’ve dubbed for themselves or those who fans of these people call “A-Listers”. For example (since NDA’s are no longer binding), Owen Wilson is VERY introverted, to the point he barely speaks & is SO soft spoken when he actually does. Ellen Degeneres speaks alarmingly rude & down to ALL assistant’s or anyone who isn’t the Design Principal. She’s like a wrecking ball of anger & misery; fortunately her wife Portia is the polar opposite & seems to take care of running their household. J-Lo isn’t far behind Ellen as someone who treats all around her like they’re trash. I was bummed to witness that - & her altogether... Keifer Sutherland? The most bizarrely creepy requirement’s when designing his Toluca Lake home. Ben Stiller’s Napoleon Complex left me surprised that such a sweet beauty like Christine Taylor would marry, much less date such a jerk & legit nerdy little man... Along w/ Terry Crews & his wife, some of the most genuine & likable client’s that jump off the mind have been Brian Cranston, Sally Field, Matthew Perry, Patrick Dempsey, & baller Trevor Ariza... I must add, far & away the most disgusting, entitled, & abusive men in Hollywood is this F-list “producer/director” named Todd Moyer (maybe bc his wife is a Warner Bros executive & clear bread winner). The guy made two gal’s/friend’s in my office cry. He’s as gnarly as they come. A couple years after working with him, I read something about him suing Brenden Fraser bc Fraser apparently punched him in the face - made my day haha... Anyways, I see how they’re actors. 75% of those I’ve met are nothing like I would’ve assumed.

i love that he keeps every single one of his awards and memorabilia out for him to look at and be proud of all the work he's done. i feel like a lot of celebrities get pretentious when it comes to awards and saying stuff like "i'm not in it for the awards" or whatever, and terry just has his lip sync battle belt on display, stuff from shows he's been on, etc. that's what i would do lmao. he just seems like a down to earth guy who doesn't let it get to his head but can recognize all the hard work he's done to get to where he is.
