There are always actors willing to work for meager wages if that means it actually gets produced and able to put a clip of your acting on your demo reel. Some are probably friends of the filmmaker. From what I know, a lot of stories like this originate from women that want to have sex but feel lowkey of highkey guilty, so framing it in a way where the protagonist has no choice but to have sex but it's also treated very nicely and cared for it's a way to not feel that guilt from that desire. It"s obviously a fantasy and it doesn't mean that ppl want to be in this situation, but it's a really interesting explanation.

God, the story in these clips is like some kind of awful visual novel. How did they find anyone willing to go on camera? Madness.
There are always actors willing to work for meager wages if that means it actually gets produced and able to put a clip of your acting on your demo reel. Some are probably friends of the filmmaker. Though I would think some of the actors would look at the script and go, "...this makes no fucking sense." But again, a paying acting gig that can pad your early resume and it gets you an actor entry on IMDB.
