Such a good teacher. Such a beautiful dancer. Love the piano music. It's hard to believe Megan has three children, college degrees, a professional ballet dancer and interview channel. Some people are just so naturally ambitious. She's so intelligent. I just saw her Bella del Regio. So gorgeous.

What a privilege this is! I'm so glad I didn't end up selling my portable ballet barre. These are so incredibly valuable, you have no idea. A dream come true to be able to take a class with an NYCB principal dancer and get stronger at my own pace. Just WOW. And Megan, you're a phenomenal teacher.

Thank you!! I love your combinations and I also love how you take the time to explain very vital concepts like turnout for example at the end of each exercise 😊😊👏🏻

Thanks for all the technique tips! The encouragement to keep the shoulder opposite the working leg over the toes was very helpful.

I am so grateful have discovered this class.. Though the combinations are simple, but they help us to tap into the muscles we need to work on to achieve a clean alignment. I loved the theories given by Megan, though a lot of them we have told many times, as there are millions alignment queues in ballet, we need to be reminded all the time no matter how long the dancers have been dancing ballet. Thank you for sharing your love Megan, I look forward flying to New York to watch your performance very soon.

That was perfect! Love the way you give us the choreography on the second side as well (my 67-year old brain struggles as much as my body) and the reminders for technique too. Thank you so much - more please!

So I've done this twice now, and let me say your corrections and cues are so helpful! You have a gift for teaching. I got more out of this than a lot of classes I've taken in person. Thanks, Megan. You're awesome!

Love this. What an amazing opportunity to "take class" with Megan Fairchild! I've noticed NYCB dancers lift their heels off in demi plies. Can anyone tell me why this is? Is it a training thing for how fast they jump? I know there has to be a good reason, but I've always been told the opposite, so I would really like to know. Anyone?

Hello Megan! I am super happy to have possibility to observe you as a dancer and now to do my ballet class with you.
I wonder for 2 things because i did notice them while you do your class. First thing is lifting heels in demi plies and second thing is lifting heel of supporting leg when you close to 5th position for example in tendus. Why like that, what is is giving?
Many greetings and thank yolu for your beautiful art. And i love your talk show. It is so so so inspiring for me as i am also a dancer.
    Love from Poland!

Another great app to use for music is the Ballet Box app! They have an amazing assortment of classical and pop music to use for class. The app is very well organized by step, tempo, title and composer. You can also adjust the tempos if you’d like😊

What’s the difference between a releve’ and a susu? Please excuse the spelling. I love your class. Perfect for someone who once danced but hasn’t in a long time and doesn’t need complete instruction on how to do each move only reminders on how to do them correctly. You are a fabulous instructor and dancer. Thank you. Jo
