I love how you explain the role of the shoulder on the standing side. This is a great concept to incorporate the core as part of turnout. I've only ever heard teachers talk about turnout coming from the standing hip. Thanks!
this is a good illustration of Balanchine foot work as opposed to the more conventional push through the ball of the foot. It creates a little more spring and speed. Beautiful work!

I love the class. I love the analogy like turning a clock to lock in position when balancing. Your petite allegro footwork is amazing.
