It is taught by my wonderful boyfriend, Christopher Sellars, a former First Soloist with Ballet West. Take you time, use proper technique, and enjoy yourself!

I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.

Love love love this class. I have been following Kathryn Morgan since the pandemic and now I found this class too. You have different teaching style and I learned so much from both of you. There is no judgement and only encouragement. You also give a lots of comments on how to do the techniques which I find so useful. As adult dancer (I only started ballet in my early 40s and I am now intermediate level), I found most in person class the teachers just ignore us. Your classes are so helpful and useful. Want to finally say thank you for keeping us sane during the pandamic and for me findd true joy in ballet.

I LOVED this barre. Perfect tempo and combinations to focus on improving strength and technique.
I just had the greatest experience!! I tried this barre 10 months ago and although I really liked it, the quick things where a little to quick for me.. now 10 months later I'm able to follow along just fine and this although I had most of my classes this past few months online due to the pandemic. Can we please try to keep in mind the limitations of working by yourself from home? My laptop can only be in one place at once, and so can the mirror I use to check my form, so while I can sort of deal with going straight from one side to another, it's not ideal, and if you do that, a consistent running commentary on what we're doing becomes very necessary. This is a really good barre so far but these things make it a little difficult to follow in my home, which does not contain a ballet studio (sadly).

Hi everyone - I am having surgery on one of my toes in a couple of weeks. Obviously I’ll be having physio but anyone got any experiences or tips for a good recovery? I will be taking things slowly but it’s going to be so hard without dance! Hope everyone is safe and well xx
