- Gal Gadot begins by gushing about her cinematic crush on "The Princess Bride" and Atreyu in "The NeverEnding Story" before telling the true story of how she went from the Israeli Army to Miss Universe beauty pageant to her superhero role in DC movies "Batman v Superman", "Wonder Woman", and "Justice League".
At the age of 18, Gadot entered the Miss Israel beauty pageant and won. From there, the model competed for the title of Miss Universe but didn't want to win. She purposely pretended she couldn't speak English to judge Paula Abdul.
Gadot thought she was too serious to be an actress. Instead, she studied law and international relations, but when she started going to castings, she realized "acting is so much more fun".
Finally, Gadot recounts the near-forgotten memory of her first kiss when she was 16 and the backlash over her being named Wonder Woman.

Most comic book fans didn't want her to be Wonder Woman at first because she looked 'too cute' and was really skinny simply not looking the part. But after being cast she gained the muscle mass weight, shaping her body into a more curvaceous strong one making her look sexy and badass. Plus her Wonder Woman acting is on point. Made everyone swallow their nasty words. So happy she got the part.
A Bonilla it crazy because it one of those rare cases when the actor just fit pet the role like a pair of gloves she is actually Wonder Woman. she may not have that much experience as an actress but she was born to play this role the accent the fish out of the water element the indescribable charisma&aura all around her and of course the beauty.

I love her now but i didn't like her being cast as Wonder Woman before. Though she has toned her body, gained experience in MMA and conditioned her body and overall has done alot of hardwork for the role and i do feel she fits the role now but i wanted her to be a little more muscular not just slightly toned.

Guess what, still too skinny, she failed to put on any considerable mass and looks the same as she did back when she was first cast, and her acting is still horrendous, because guess what, she's not an actress, but a supermodel. Seriously, Marvel casts a recent Oscar winner for their first female-lead superhero flick and DC cast a fucking supermodel whose only prior acting experience was standing next to cool car with ner nipples showing through her shirt in Fast & Furious movies. What a fucking joke. How about casting actual actors for movies, not athletes and models? There are tons of young actresses that work their entire lives perfecting their acting abilities that would kill for a breakout role like that but instead they give it to someone who's not an actor to begin with and is used to receiving stuff for being pretty. Worst fucking casting decision in years, definetely the worst among DC characters.
The "her boobs are too small" argument hasn't died down, there are still assholes who can't seem to let it go. It was weird seeing it then and it's still surprising seeing the arguments about her body now. Its as if there's no evidence that she has owned the role, when we know she has, being one of the best parts of Batman v Superman.

That's how Hugh Jackman was with wolverine. He never read the comics or anything so the same thing I just described happened with Hugh. He evolved into the character as he continued his career as Logan. I think Wonder Woman is going to be amazing. I can't wait.

That's High-School level English accent. She can make it disappear by learning to control it, but some try to preserve it because It is considered charming. And no, I haven't meant it like she is any different than all the others learning English as a second language. But Gal is an actress, so to make the character believable, they have to get rid of the accent.
