It also helps that they keep the guests on the show...instead of sending the one away. It makes it more of a conversation. It's not all about the host...and I'm not talking Fallon here...I'm talking these American late night shows in general, which seem to have gone from having all the guests on together...one comes out, but doesn't leave when the other comes out...that's how it used to be...they want to focus on the one guest, but it really creates too much single focus and not enough conversation. You need a bigger conversation.
