That's the problem with food's and eating it for the first time. Your first time should be the best that can possibly be cooked/made. Most people's experiences are tainted by sub par foods and therefore will never try it again. A good/great egg nog is hard to beat. Store bought is usually nasty because of all the artificial additives and preservatives that they add. Cheers and good luck on your eating experiences.
