- I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for a while now and they've started taking over my day-to-day life.
Hearing a notification on my computer or phone make my adrenaline spike, my heart rate jump, and I get a feeling of dread.
I'm recently started seeing a new therapist as we're going to start working on trying to reduce the intensity of them and the frequency of them as we move forward.
Thanks for watching.

It's not too late to continue your 2016 story... also, you're not a dick. i have dealt with Generalized Anxiety Disorder with panic attacks, so I know what you're going through. I have been bed-cound/house-bound for eight months once and it was utter hell. It's tough, David, but you WILL pull yourself through this. And it's perfectly okay to take care of yourself first and to take a break from 'life'. If I can help in any way, please let me know. I have SO many 'tricks' (coping tools) that I'd be happy to share with you! Best of luck.
Think that you're a very talented Guy and find your CZcams videos both informative and fascinating. Sincerely hope you're well on the road to recovery and stay healthy. Suffer from depression and anxiety also and know how debilitating these can be.
