You're amazing for someone who was only diagnosed with OCD last year.
Should do a Moman and Gemma mini series 🤔.
'Consequence' looks nice.
So good to here Gemma’s story and that she has children and she is dealing with it also
I see myself so much in your story Gemma. I’ve struggled from a child and the themes have varied. My mum has been through a lot with me growing up. Now an adult I’m suffering harm ocd. Watching these videos is comforting. I’m learning to just accept the feelings and urges. X
ocd as rob says can make you doubt anything. I trained as a cook and worked in catering for years yet ocd made me doubt if i could even cook a boiled egg. it took me a long time to get my confidence back again. it was so strange.
Absolutely Anne! Can make every value we hold feel meaningless
agree totally on reading gemma :)
Postpartum ocd sucks
But at least you can recover!
@@aguywhohikes1271yes you can but it can come back when things get hard . It comes and goes ocd 20yrs .
@@aguywhohikes1271I think the hardest is when it latches to people you love . That’s the hardest or at least it has been for me.
Please, just let the person you're interviewing speak.
