    I see myself so much in your story Gemma. I’ve struggled from a child and the themes have varied. My mum has been through a lot with me growing up. Now an adult I’m suffering harm ocd. Watching these videos is comforting. I’m learning to just accept the feelings and urges. X

    ocd as rob says can make you doubt anything. I trained as a cook and worked in catering for years yet ocd made me doubt if i could even cook a boiled egg. it took me a long time to get my confidence back again. it was so strange.

      @@aguywhohikes1271yes you can but it can come back when things get hard . It comes and goes ocd 20yrs .
