Grateful for all of you
We’re grateful for everyone in this community. 🙌🏻
Grateful for your support Rohit!
I am very grateful for both of your friendships! This video was amazing, Thanks for coming along Gemma! You provide terrific advice!
I am very grateful for you both and this amazing community that we are so fortunate to be a part of. You’re very welcome, thank you for having me!
I don't suffer with ocd, but I do suffer with severe anxiety. From what I've learnt so far there's so many similarities in them, and I love the fact that watching these videos isn't just therapeutic for me to see others recovering like I am but also educational in that I'm learning about such an overlooked condition.
Thankyou momin, nick and Gemma. You're all so amazing at this, momin is such a level headed man, nicks enthusiasm is so contagious, and Gemmas quotes and life experiences just makes something that for some is quite difficult to talk about an enjoyable experience.
Keep going guys, you inspire us all ❤
Thank you for such thoughtful words! ☺️ And yes, compared to Nick, I'm much more level headed 😉
Hey hey! Awesome response! We are very glad our videos are providing insight 😊
Thank you so much ! 💪🏼
Always welcome. 💪🏻
You’re very welcome!!
Lol the plant part
The plant had a big impact. 😂
I’m like… momin🤣 you STILL can’t see it
20 minutes (iykyk) 👀
Actually, the video went up earlier than 20 mins and for some reason the default settings on the video visibility was 'Private'. So it was up, you just didn't see it. 😉
How do we ever come to internalise any of this toxic shit? I used to think in my teens, it came from my abusive and dysfunctional family. Then I also eventually left the religion I was raised in, that's considered a cult and my OCD got way worse then
