I've been working with sheet metal for over 40 years, and everyone in this video was better at it then me. No wasted hammer blows and perfectly timed movement on the rollers and forming wheels. Even the barefoot guy had all his toes. Very impressive.

Coming from a veteran of the trade like you I take your comment with so much respect. I had arguments over the processes and methods portrayed in these videos with so called "Ihaveanengineeringdegree" guys who probably didn't swing a hammer in their entire lives but look down on these skilled workers. Hats off to your comment.

There is a soul attached to things these guys are making. Being even a simple milk can. Guys made every part of the thing, everyone got paid. And even if this is not their dream job, you still have to take a certain pride in what you do. I believe you cant do a job well if you arent even somewhat proud of what you do. And these guys are good at what they do.

They would provably get big beer bellies, augment their material waste and slow down their product output. This followed by joining a union, who will force them to wear PPE so they can claim rights to higher salaries, forcing the the owners to raise the prices and resulting in a good number employees loosing their jobs, due to the one can a week output. In response the union will demand that new employees have a higher educational degree so they can earn higher salaries thru managing positions, that alone will get rid of the less educated workers who actually do the work. They will go next door to a similar outfit, bangging at cans on the floor.

Mateus 13:4-8
