отходы от листа жестянки впечатлили... Ну и покрашенное прямо по ржавчине железо... Будет холодное молоко - будет конденсат.. Если посудина алюминиевая - между нею и ржавой железкой гальваника будет цвести пышным цветом.. Ну и заклёпки тоже смущают.. почему нельзя было кольцо сделать разъёмным, установить его ниже прокатанного пояска на ёмкости, и после закрепить? тогда не потребовалось бы дырявить ёмкость и ставить заклёпки..
так что у меня двойственное впечатление.. С одной стороны, круто, что люди делают продукт своими руками.. С другой стороны, технический уровень - тихий ужас. колхоз "красный перец" и "50 лет в ожидании урожая"...

Just to show it's durability.
I know, they don't have much money, but one would think if they took better care of the finished product, they could reduce damage & increase value of the products they make.

Не важно, поставит ли он бидон аккуратно на стол или швырнет на землю. Это называется классовое сознание. Они не хозяева это фабрики и этого товара. Они только продают свой труд. Поэтому им всё равно. И это правильно. Проснитесь, это капитализм!

Внутри металлической кольцо обязательно нужно было покрасить.. При постоянном контакте железа с алюминием идут химреакции в разы ускопяющие разрушающие действие (коррозию). Рабочие о перчатках не слышали по ходу.. Красят кольца не обезжиривая.. В общем контора так сё...
Я бы и то лучше зделал, только рессурсы переводят.Вообщем надо поехать туда и научить их как делать бидоны для молока.
Так они кольца красят по ржавчине... )))

А зачем красить внутри? Чтобы меньше ржавели бидоны? Тогда упадут продажи их товара. И люди будут пользоваться одним и тем же бидоном по 10 лет. Это плохо для бизнеса! Нужно вносить в товар ускоренное старение. Это маркетинг!

Yes and oddly enough the milk doesn't mind. And more oddly it's a milk can. Chances are it will work and chances are it will be hurled more times in its life than a piano in a trebuchet.

They must get their training at one of the big three automakers in Detroit! Or wherever the junk is being made these days. Detroit itself rusted out!
Just a couple extra steps and that problem could be avoided. AND increase the value of the finished product.
That aluminum is sure to rust out fast in a hot dry country.
Aluminium and steel together cause a chemical reaction , the aluminium will dissolve where it touches the steel ,as seen in most early LandRovers
@@englishbob5106 it’s not a chemical reaction exactly, it’s a galvanic reaction between dissimilar metals. But yes, it does accelerate corrosion. Most metals will react in contact with a different metal. Some worse than others.
Edit: I think it could be argued that a galvanic reaction is indeed a chemical reaction, since exchange of electrons are involved. Chemistry pretty well explains everything in our universe!
